How To Make Flower Kaja Sweet


Plain flour                 ----- 1 cup
Salt                          ----- small pinch
Water                      ----- as required
Oil                           ----- 2 cups
Sugar                       ----- 11/2 cup
Elachi powder          ----- small pinch
Ghee                        ----- 1 or 2 spoons

  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add salt, ghee and sufficient water in it.
  3. Mix well and make this into smooth dough and keep aside.
  4. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
  6. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add sugar in it and add elachi powder also in it.
  8. Pour 1 cup water in it and mix well untill it is fully melted.
  9. After it is melted, boil for another 5 to 7 min.
  10. After 7 min, make the stove off.
  11. Now make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  12. Now make into chapatis and cut into horizontal lines.
  13. Make this to stick in the edges and twist like banana shape.
  14. Now dip one by one all in the heated oil.
  15. Fry it untill it comes to light gold colour.
  16. After colour has changed, make the stove off and take fried kaza from oil.
  17. Take all into a plate and dip in the sugar syrup.
  18. Turn all to another side and remove from syrup and take into a plate.
  19. Now you are ready with flower kaja infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item flower kaja.
