How To Make Sweet Corn Curry


Sweet corn                         ----- 1 cup
Oil                                      ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                   ----- 2 spoons
Green chillie slices               ----- 4 or 5
Ginger garlic paste               ----- 2 spoons
Onion slices                         ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato paste                      ----- 1 cup
Salt                                     ----- as required
Red chillie powder              ----- as required
Turmeric powder                ----- 1/2 spoon
Sweet less kova                  ----- 1 spoon
Coriander powder              ----- 1 spoon
Garam masala powder        ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves                 ----- 12 cup

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add jeera, green chillies and onion pieces in it.
  4. Fry for 2 min by mixing well.
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  6. Add tomato paste in it and add sweet corn in it.
  7. Add turmeric powder, kova and coriander powder in it.
  8. Mix well and add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  9. Add garam masala powder also in it and mix well.
  10. Cook for 2 to 3 min by keeping a plate on it.
  11. After 3 min, make the stove off.
  12. Now add coriander leaves on it and mix well.
  13. Take a bowl and take the curry into it and serve in chapatis and rotis.
  14. Now you are ready with sweet corn curry infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet corn curry.
