How To Make Semiya Cake

REQUIRED ITEMS: 

Semiya                              ----- 1 cup
Ghee                                 ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                                ----- 3/4 cup
Coconut powder               ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                     ----- 1/2 cup
Water                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 3 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. After nuts comes to gold colour, take fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
  5. Now add remaining ghee also in it.
  6. Heat it for 2 min and add semiya in it.
  7. Fry it well till semiya colour changes to golden brown colour.
  8. Now make the stove off.
  9. Take fried semiya in a plate and keep aside.
  10. Take a pan and add sugar in it.
  11. Add 1 cup of water in it.
  12. Now mix well for 15 min.
  13. You will get sugar syrup.
  14. Now add fried semiya in the syrup.
  15. Cook it for 15 min by mixing it well.
  16. After 15 min, make the stove off and add coconut powder. 
  17. Now take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  18. Now spread the sweet on the plate.
  19. Wait for 10 min and cut the sweet into pieces in any shape you want.
  20. Now you are ready with semiya cake infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy teh very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet semiya cake.

How To Make Green Peas Burfi

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Green peas                   ----- 1 cup
Milk                             ----- 3 cups
Ghee                            ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                 ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                          ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                            ----- 3/4 cup
Water                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add green peas and water in it.
  2. Wash green peas very thoroughly.
  3. After drain the washed water and add 2 cups of water in it.
  4. Now make the stove on and put in low flame.
  5. Cook green peas for 10 min.
  6. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  7. Now take the boiled peas into a plate and keep aside.
  8. Wait for 10 min.
  9. After 10 min, make this into thick paste using mixy jar.
  10. After keep a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Now add 3 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry for 2 min.
  13. After 2 min, make the stove off.
  14. Take the fried cashew nuts and raisins in a plate and keep aside.
  15. Now make teh stove on and add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
  16. Heat ghee for 2 sec and add green peas paste in it.
  17. Fry for 5 min and add 3 cups of milk in it.
  18. Cook for 15 min by mixing it well with out getting any lumps.
  19. After cooking it for 15 min, make the stove off.
  20. Take a plate and apply ghee on it. 
  21. Now spread the sweet into a plate.
  22. After wait for 5 min and garnish with fried nuts and raisins on it.
  23. Now cut the sweet into small pieces in any shape you want.
  24. Now you are ready with green peas burfi infront of you.
  25. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet green peas burfi.

How To Make Grape Juice




















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grapes                       ----- 2 cups
Sugar                         ----- 1 1/2 cup
Water                        ----- 2 cups 

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add grapes and water in it.
  2. Wash the grapes throughly and take into a plate.
  3. Now take mixy jar and add washed grapes in it.
  4. Add water and sugar also in it.
  5. Now make into a thick juice.
  6. Remove the seeds and also the skin of the grapes.
  7. After take the juice into glasses and serve.
  8. You can add ice cubes also if you want.
  9. Now you are ready with grape juice infront of you.
  10. Drink and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, healthy and yummy grape juice.

How To Make Bread Pakoda

REQUIRED ITEMS: 

Boiled potatoes           ----- 2
Bread slices                 ----- 10
Gram flour                   ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces                ----- 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste       ----- 2 spoons
Salt                              ----- as required
Red chillie powder       ----- as required
Baking soda                ----- small pinch
Coriander leaves         ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                              ----- as required
Water                         ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   

  1. Take a bowl and add boiled potatoes in it.
  2. Now smash the potatoes and add gram flour in it.
  3. Add onion pieces, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves in it.
  4. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  5. Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make a thick batter.
  6. After take bread slices and cut into two parts by cutting it in triangle shape.
  7. After make the stove on and put a pan on it.
  8. Now pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. After dip one by one all the bread slices in the mixture.
  10. After oil is heated, dip one by one all the soaked bread slices.
  11. Now fry the bread slices untill the bread slices comes to golden brown colour.
  12. After frying the slices, take the pakoda in a plate.
  13. Now make the stove off.
  14. Now you are ready with bread pakoda infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious,crispy and yummy bread pakoda

How To Make Bread Uthappam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                 ----- 8 or 10
Eggs                            ----- 4
Milk                            ----- 1/2 cup
Onion pieces               ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato pieces             ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces      ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves         ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Oil                             ----- as required
Water                        ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1.  Take a bowl and take 2 cups of water in it.
  2.  Dip the bread slices in water.
  3.  Remove the excess water from it by pressing it on both sides.
  4. Now take an egg and break it.
  5. Take the bread yoak in a bowl.
  6. Do the same with all the eggs.
  7. Now beat the bread yoak very thoroughly.
  8. After beating it, add the soaked slices in it.
  9. Add milk, onion pieces and tomato pieces in it.
  10. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  11. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  12. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add 2 spoons of oil on it and spread the oil.
  14. Now mix the mixture well.
  15. Add the batter on the pan very thick on it and spread it.
  16. Add the oil on the sides and also on it.
  17. Roast it for few seconds and turn to another side of it.
  18. Roast on the other side also.
  19. Now make the stove off and take the dosa in a plate.
  20. Now you are ready with bread uthappam infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy bread uthappam

How To Make Ragi Flour Laddu

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ragi flour                      ----- 1/2 cup
Sesame seed                 ----- 1/4 cup
Ground nuts                  ----- 1/4 cup
Jaggery                         ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder               ----- small pinch
Ghee                             ----- 4 spoons
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add sesame seed, ground nuts and ragi flour in it.
  3. Fry it by mixing well.
  4. Fry all for 5 min by keeping in low flame.
  5. After frying for 5 min, make the stove off.
  6. Take the fried all items in a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  7. After cooling it for 10 min, make all into a fine powder.
  8. Now make the stove on and keep in low flame.
  9. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden colour.
  11. After nuts comes to gold colour, take into a plate and keep aside.
  12. Then fry this powder for 5 min.
  13. After frying it for 5 min colour will changes to brown colour.
  14. After make the stove off.
  15. Now take this into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  16. Now make this into small balls by hands.
  17. After making small balls keep on a plate and garnish with fried nuts.
  18. Now you are ready with ragi flour laddu infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, yummy and delicious ragi flour laddu

How To Make Rainbow Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:
Capsicum pieces                 ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                       ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces             ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato pieces                    ----- 1 cup
Green peas                         ----- 1/2 cup
Potato pieces                     ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                      ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts paste             ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                    ----- as required
Red chillie powder             ----- as required
Garam masala powder       ----- 4 spoons
Oil                                     ----- 3 spoons
Water                                ----- as required
Ginger-garlic paste             ----- 3 spoons

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and make the stove on.
  2. Place it on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add ginger- garlic paste and fry for 2 sec.  
  5. Add onion pieces, tomato pieces, potato pieces in it.
  6. Add cashew nuts, green chillie pieces, green peas and capsicum pieces in it.
  7. Mix once and fry for 5 min.
  8. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  9. Mix once and add 2 cups of water in it.
  10. Cook it for 15 min by placing a plate on the pan.
  11. Add cashew nuts paste on the pan and mix well.
  12. Now you are ready with rainbow curry infront of you.
  13. Make the stove off and take into a bowl.
  14. You can garnish with coriander leaves also.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, yummy and delicious rainbow curry.
  16. This is a good combination with rice, chapatis, rotis, pulkas and butter naan also.

How To Make Walnuts Halwa














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Walnuts(acroots)             ----- 1 cup
Sugar                              ----- 3/4 cup
Ghee                               ----- 4 spoons
Rava(bombay)                ----- 1 spoon
Milk                                ----- 3/4 cup
Water                             ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Acroot pieces                 ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add water and sugar in it.
  3. Mix once and boil for 5 min.
  4. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Add rava in it and fry for 5 min.
  7. After make the stove off.
  8. Now add acroots in the sugar syrup and boil for 10 min.
  9. Add fried rava also in the sugar syrup.
  10. Mix it well for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, it comes to very dry and closer also.
  12. Add milk in it and mix well.
  13. Cook it for 10 min by keeping in low flame.
  14. Mix well thoroughly for 5 min.
  15. Add elachi powder and make the stove off.
  16. Now take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with acroot pieces on it.
  17. Now you are ready with walnuts halwa infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item walnuts halwa
