How To Make Kaju Payasam
REQUIRED ITEMS:
Kaju paste ----- 1 cup
Cashew nut powder ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 2 cups
Milk ----- 2 cups
Ghee ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder ----- 1/2 spoon
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add raisins in it and fry for 2 min by mixing well.
- After 2 min, take the fried raisins in a cup and keep aside.
- Now pour milk in it and boil for 3 to 4 min.
- After 4 min, add cashew nut powder in it.
- Mix well for 5 min.
- After 5 min, add kaju paste in it.
- Cook for 10 min by mixing it occasionally.
- After 10 min, add sugar in it and mix well for 10 min.
- After 10 min, make the stove off.
- Take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with fried raisins on it.
- Now you are ready with kaju payasam infront of you.
