How To Make Kaju Payasam













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Kaju paste                  ----- 1 cup
Cashew nut powder    ----- 1 cup
Sugar                          ----- 2 cups
Milk                            ----- 2 cups
Ghee                           ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                        ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder             ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add raisins in it and fry for 2 min by mixing well.
  3. After 2 min, take the fried raisins in a cup and keep aside.
  4. Now pour milk in it and boil for 3 to 4 min.
  5. After 4 min, add cashew nut powder in it.
  6. Mix well for 5 min.
  7. After 5 min, add kaju paste in it.
  8. Cook for 10 min by mixing it occasionally.
  9. After 10 min, add sugar in it and mix well for 10 min.
  10. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  11. Take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with fried raisins on it.
  12. Now you are ready with kaju payasam infront of you.

How To Make Badam Kheer














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Almonds powder       ----- 1 cup
Milk                          ----- 2 cups
Sugar                        ----- 1 cup
Ghee                         ----- 1/2 cup
Kaju                         ----- 1/2 cup
Badam pieces           ----- 1/4 cup
Food colour             ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add kaju, badam pieces in the ghee and fry till kaju colour changes to golden brown colour.
  4. Now take the fried nuts and badam pieces in a cup and keep aside.
  5. Now pour milk in it and boil for 10 min by mixing well.
  6. After 10 min, see the quantity of milk.
  7. The quantity of milk you taken should come to half quantity.
  8. After milk will comes to half quantity, add almonds powder in it.
  9. Now after adding almonds powder, cook it for 10 min.
  10. After 10 min, add sugar in it.
  11. After adding sugar in it, cook it for 10 min by mixing well.
  12. After sugar is fully melted, add food colour in it.
  13. Now mix well and make the stove off.
  14. After making the stove off, wait for 5 min.
  15. Now take a bowl and take the badam kheer in it and garnish with fried items on it.
  16. Now you are ready with badam kheer infront of you.

How To Make Mutter Uthappam
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled green peas        ----- 1/2 cup
Wheat flour                 ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                    ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                              ----- as required
Salt                             ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour in it.
  2. Add rice flour also in it.
  3. Add sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
  4. Pour water in it and mix well with out getting any lumps.
  5. Pour sufficient water in it till the batter comes to thcker state.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add 2spoons of oil in it and add 2 spoons of batter in it.
  8. Spread it to make it as a uthappam.
  9. Now sprinkle green peas on it.
  10. Add oil on the sides and also on the dosa also.
  11. Roast it by keeping a plate on it.
  12. Roast for 2 min.
  13. After 2 min, turn to other side and roast for 2 min.
  14. After frying on both sides, make the stove off.
  15. Take the dosa on a plate and serve it.
  16. Now you are ready with green peas uthappam infront of you.

How To Make Tomato Dosa











REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                                  ----- 1 cup
Tomato pieces                  ----- 2 cups
Grated coconut                 ----- 1/2 cup
Red chillies                       ----- 4 or 5
Salt                                  ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and wash the rice for 2 times.
  2. After washing rice, drain the washed water and pour 2 cups of water in it.
  3. Soak the rice for 2 hours.
  4. Take a jar and add red chillies, tomato pieces and grated coconut in it.
  5. Blend it to make it as a thick paste.
  6. After waiting for 2 hours, grind the rice to make it as a dosa batter.
  7. Add this paste to the dosa batter while grinding it.
  8. You can also water in it to make it as a dosa batter.
  9. Add salt in it and mix well.
  10. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  12. Now add the batter in the round shape using spoon.
  13. Now add oil on the sides and also on it.
  14. Roast it for 2 sec by placing a plate on it.
  15. After 2 sec, fold it.
  16. Donot turn it on the other side.
  17. Roast it for 2 sec by keeping a plate on it.
  18. Roast it for 2 sec.
  19. After 2 sec, make the stove off.
  20. Now take the dosa in a plate and serve.
  21. Now you are ready with tomato dosa infront of you.
  22. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy tiffin item tomato dosa.

How To Make Sweet Idli














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                            ----- 2 cups
Rice flakes                  ----- 1 cup
Grated coconut           ----- 1 cup
Jaggery powder          ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                            ----- 1 cup
Curd                           ----- 2 spoons
Salt                             ----- 1/2 spoon
Elachi powder             ----- 1/2 spoon
Raisins                        ----- 1 spoon
Kaju pieces                ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1.  First take a bowl and wash rice for 2 times.
  2. After washing it, pour 4 cups of water in it and soak for 2 hours.
  3. Now wash rice flakes also in another bowl.
  4. After washing it, pour 2 cups of water in it and soak for 1/4 hour.
  5. After 2 hours, drain the water from rice and rice flakes.
  6. Now take a jar and add rice and rice flakes in it.
  7. Add grated coconut and milk in it.
  8. Add curd also in it.
  9. Make into a thick batter and add jaggery and salt also in it.
  10. Make it as a thick batter.
  11. Donot pour excess water in it.
  12. Ferment it for 1 full night.
  13. Donot keep this batter in fridge.
  14. Keep it in out side.
  15. Now add kaju pieces, raisins and elachi powder in it.
  16. Mix well and take idli plates and wash it.
  17. Now grease the idli plate and put this batter in it.
  18. Cook it for 15 min by keeping in low flame with out keeping weight on it.
  19. After waiting for 15 min, make the stove off.
  20. Allow it to wait for 5 min.
  21. After 5 min, take a spoon and take out the idli from the plate.
  22. Now you are ready with sweet idli infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy tiffin item sweet idli.
  24. This is a very different variety of idli.
  25.  You can experience the different taste of it.

How To Make Pumpkin Halwa

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated pumpkin      ----- 1 cup
Sugar                      ----- 1 cup
Milk                        ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder         ----- 1/2 spoon
Ghee                      ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts           ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                   ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it. 
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till nuts and raisins colour changes to golden brown colour.
  5. After frying nuts and raisins, take into a plate and keep aside.
  6. Now add grated pumpkin in the pan and fry for 5 min.
  7. After 5 min, add milk and sugar in it.
  8. Mix well till sugar is totally melted in it.
  9. After sugar is fully melted, cook it for 10 min by mixing it occasionally.
  10. After 10 min, you can see this is totally cooked.
  11. Now make the stove off and add elachi powder in it.
  12. Take a bowl and mix the sweet once and serve in it.
  13. Garnish the sweet with fried nuts and raisins on it.
  14. Now you are ready with pumpkin halwa infront of you.

How To Make Aloo Bonda

REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled aloo                     ----- 1 cup
Besan flour                     ----- 2 cups
Salt                                ----- as required
Red chillie powder          ----- as required
Water                             ----- as required
Onion pieces                   ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                  ----- as required
Lemon juice                    ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 1 sec.
  3. Now add onion pieces in it. 
  4. Fry the onions till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
  5. After colour has changed, add boiled aloo paste in it.
  6. Fry for just 2 min by mixing well.
  7. Add salt in it.
  8. Now make the stove off and add lemon juice in it.
  9. Now mix well once and take into a bowl and keep it aside.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 1 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Take a bowl and add besan flour in it.
  13. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  14. Add small pinch of baking soda in it.
  15. Add sufficient water in it to make it as a thick consistency.
  16. Mix well with hands so possible to avoid lumps.
  17. Now take the aloo mixture and make it as small balls and keep it on a plate.
  18. Now dip the ball on the besan flour mixture and fry in the heated oil.
  19. Fry the ball till the colour changes to golden brown colour.
  20. After frying all the balls like that, make the stove off.
  21. Take the fried balls in a plate and serve.

  7. Make the remaining cashew nuts into fine paste using mixy jar.
  8. After making as a thick paste, make the stove on.
  9. Put in low flame and add ghee in it and heat it for 1 sec.
  10. Add this paste and fry for just 2 min.
  11. Now add milk in it and mix well for 10 min.
  12. Add sugar in it and mix well for 5 min.
  13. Cook it for 10 min by mixing it occasionally.
  14. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  15. Take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with fried nuts and raisins.

How To Make Aloo Pyatis

REQUIRED ITEMS: 

Boiled  aloo               ----- 2
Bread slices               ----- 8
Water                       ----- as required
Oil                            ----- as required
Salt                           ----- as required
Red chilie powder     ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it.
  2. Smash it to make it as a paste.
  3. Now add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  4. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
  6. Take a bowl and add 2 cups of water in it.
  7. Now take bread slices and cut the edges one by one.
  8. Keep in a plate.
  9. Now mix the aloo mixture once.
  10. Now dip the bread slice in the water and press it by using your both hands.
  11. After removing all the water absorbed by the slices.
  12. Now take the aloo mixture and make as small balls and keep in a plate.
  13. Now stuff these balls in the wet slices and cover it in a round shape.
  14. Dip the balls one by one in the heated oil.
  15. Fry these balls till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
  16. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  17. Take the fried balls from the oil and place on the plate.

Banana                              ----- 1
Plain flour                          ----- 1/2 cup

  5. Add this smashed banana in the bowl.
  6. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  7. Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make it as a dough using your hand.
  8. After making as a smooth dough, take a pan.
  9. Place the pan on the stove and make the stove on.
  10. Heat the pan for 2 sec.

  4. After making as a dough keep it aside for 10 min by placing a plate on it.
  5. Now take a bowl and add green peas, green chillie paste and salt in it as per your taste.
  6. Now add coriander paste also.
  7. Mix well and keep it aside.
  8. Now make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  9. Make the balls into small rotis and keep aside.
  10. Now stuff the mixture in the roti and cover it as a big ball.
  11. Prepare remaining balls in this way only.
  12. After making all rotis, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add 2 spoons of oil on the pan.
  14. Now roast the roti on the pan by adding oil on it and turning on both sides.

  6. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden brown colur.
  7. After nuts comes to gold colour, make the stove off.
  8. Take the fried nuts in a cup and keep aside.
  9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add sugar and water in it and mix well for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, mix once and make it as a thick syrup.
  12. Wait for 5 min by mixing well.
  13. After 15 min, add sweet kova in it and make the stove off.
  14. Now add sugar syrup to the boiled milk.
  15. Mix well and add curd in it.
  16. Wait for 20 min by keeping it aside.
  17. After 20 min, take the sweet into a bowl and keep in a fridge for 2 hours.
  18. After 2 hours, take the bowl out side of the fridge.
  19. Now take the sweet in a cup and serve it.

How To Make Banana Payasam

Banana                         ----- 3
Coconut milk                ----- 1 cup
Jaggery                         ----- 1 cup
Water                           ----- as required
Ghee                             ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                          ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi powder               ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 

  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water in it and boil for 5 min.
  3. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  4. Now dip the bananas in the hot water and soak for 10 min.
  5. After 10 min, drain the water and take the bananas in a plate and keep aside for 5 min.
  6. Now peel the skin of the bananas and make into fine paste by using jar.
  7. Add coconut milk in it and blend it once.
  8. Now you can see the fine paste.
  9. Keep it aside in a cup.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of jaggery in it.
  12. Mix it well for 15 min.
  13. After 15 min, you can see the thick syrup.
  14. Now add 1/2 spoon of elachi powder in it.
  15. Now add the thick paste in it and mix well.
  16. Mix well for 10 min and make the stove off.
  17. Take a bowl and serve the sweet in it.

  10. Fry for 2 min. and add boiled water in this pan.
  11. Add curry leaves also in it.
  12. Mix once and add powder in this.
  13. Now cook it for 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
  14. After 20 min, mix once and make the stove off.
  15. Take a bowl and take the upma in it and serve on a plate.

Water melon pieces           ----- 1 cup
Ice cubes                          ----- 1/2 cup
Lemon juice                      ----- 1/2 cup

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 cups of water in it.
  3. Now boil water for 3 min.
  4. After boiling water for 3 min, add washed moong dal in it.
  5. Add carrot pieces and beans also in it.
  6. Cook it for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
  7. After 15 min, mix well and and add tomato pieces also.
  8. Mix once and cook it by mixing it well.
  9. Now add green chillies also in it.
  10. Add rice flakes in it.
  11. Mix once and add salt in it as per your taste.
  12. Keep a plate on the pan.
  13. Wait for 5 min.
  14. After 5 min, open the plate on it and you can see that all items in it are cooked well.
  15. Now mix well and make the stove off.
  16. After making the stove off, add coriander powder on it.
  17. Mix well once and take into a bowl and keep it aside.
  18. Now take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  19. Now add 4 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  20. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  21. Fry for 2 min by mixing well.
  22. After make the stove off and add curry leaves in the oil.
  23. Now add this fried items to the bowl.
  24. Now mix well and add lemon juice in it.
  25. Now you are ready with rice flakes bisbilla bath infront of you.

How To Make Cabbage Soup

Cabbage pieces       ----- 1 cup

White pepper           ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After add 2 cups of water in it.
  3. Now boil water for 5 min.
  4. Now take cabbage pieces and water in a bowl.
  5. Wash the cabbage pieces and drain the water.
  6. After 5 min, add washed cabbage pieces in the boiling water.
  7. Now add 2 spoons of salt in it.
  8. Cook the cabbage for 15 min by mixing well.
  9. Now add sufficient water in it to cook it.
  10. After boiling cabbage pieces, take the boiled water in a bowl.
  11. Now take the boiled cabbage in a plate and keep aside.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Now add boiled and filtered water in the pan and boil it.
  14. Boil water by mixing well.
  15. After wait for 5 min.
  16. After 5 min has completed, add white pepper powder in it.
  17. Add salt in it if necessary.
  18. After add coriander leaves in it.
  19. Now boil for 2 min  by mixing it well.
  20. After make the stove off.
  21. Take the soup in a bowl and add some cabbage pieces and serve it.

How To Make Haryali Roti

Spinach                        ----- 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves           ----- 1/4 cup
Green chillie pieces        ----- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder           ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:    

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 cups of water in it and boil for 5 min.
  3. After boiling water, add three leafy vegetables in it.
  4. Make the stove off.
  5. Soak the leafy vegetables in warm water for 15 min.
  6. After 15 min, make the leafy vegetables into fine paste.
  7. Keep the paste in a cup and keep aside.
  8. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt in it asper your taste.
  9. Add turmeric powder, green chillie pieces and leafy vegetables paste also in it.
  10. Add 2 spoons of oil in it. 
  11.  Add sufficient water in it to mix it well and make into smooth dough.
  12. After mixing it as a dough, soak it for 1/2 hour.
  13. After wait for 1/2 hour.
  14. After 1/2 hour, make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  15. Now make the balls into chapatis and keep aside.
  16. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  17. Now add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  18. Now heat the chapati by turning on the other side.
  19. After turning on both sides, add oil on it.
  20. After frying chapatis make the stove off.
  21. Now you are ready with haryali roti infront of you.
  22. Eat and enjoy teh very tasty, crispy, delicious and yummy haryali roti.

How To Make Bengal Gram Dal Payasam













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bengal gram            ----- 2 spoons
Rice                        ----- 1 cup
Milk                        ----- 2 cups
Jaggery                   ----- 3/4 cup or 1 cup
Ghee                      ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts           ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                    ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add milk in it.
  3. Now take a bowl and add rice and bengal gram dal in it.
  4. Wash with water.
  5. After washing rice and bengal gram dal, add some water in it.
  6. Now boil milk.
  7. After boiling milk, add rice and dal.
  8. Dont add water in it.
  9. Now put the cover of the cooker and keep the weight also.
  10. Now put the cooker in low flame.
  11. Cook for 20 min means up to about 4 whistles.
  12. After 4 whistles has come, make the stove off.
  13. After putting off the flame, wait for 10 min.
  14. After 10 min has completed, the pressure will totally has gone out of it.
  15. Now open the cover and add jaggery in it.
  16. Mix well and cook it for 5 min.
  17. After 5 min has completed, you can see that totally jaggery is totally melted.
  18. Now make the stove off.
  19. Now take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.
  20. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  21. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  22. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry till nuts and raisins comes to golden colour.
  23. After frying nuts and raisins, make the stove off.
  24. Now garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins on the sweet and serve it.
  25. Now you are ready with bengal gram dal payasam infront of you.

How To Make Amla Jam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Amla                                  ----- 1 cup
Water                                ----- as required
Jaggery                              ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Now add amla and pour 2 cups of water in it.
  3. Boil amla for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
  4. After boiling it for 15 min, add jaggery in it.
  5. Add water in it if necesary. 
  6.  After adding jaggery and water in it, mix well for 5 min.
  7. After 5 min, see the jaggery is totally melted and mixed well.
  8. After jaggery is melted, make the stove off.

Black gram                       ----- 2 spoons
Bengal gram                      ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts                      ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie slices              ----- 4 or 5
Asafoetida                         ----- small pinch of all most 1 spoon
Curry leaves                      ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves                ----- 1/2 cup
Lemon juice                       ----- as required
Turmeric powder               ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                   ----- as required

PROCEDURE:     

  1. Take a bowl and add cooked rice in it and keep it aside.
  2. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. After 2 sec, add 1/4 cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  5. Add red chillies, green chillie slices, cashew nuts also.
  6. Add turmeric powder, curry leaves and asafoetida also in it.
  7. Fry all for 5 min.
  8. After 5 min, add this fried items in a bowl.
  9. Now take the pan again and add 1/2 cup of oil in it.
  10. Heat it for 2 sec.
  11. After 2 sec, add grated amla in it.
  12. Fry it for 15 min by mixing it well.
  13. After frying for 15 min, make the stove off.
  14. Now mix the fried amla to the cooked rice.
  15. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  16. Now mix well and  add sufficient lime juice in it.
  17. Mix once and serve on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
  18. Now you are ready with amla pulihara infront of you.

How To Make BeetRoot Juice



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Beet root pieces(raw)              ----- 1 cup
Pudina leaves                          ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves                     ----- 1 cup

How To Make Ragi Flour Roti

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ragi flour                               ----- 1 cup
Wheat flour                            ----- 1 cup
Ghee                                      ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                        ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add ragi flour, wheat flour and salt in it.
  2. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
  3. Mix well with water to make it as a dough.

  6. Wait for 20 min.

How To Make Ridge Gourd Dosa

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Peeled skin of ridge gourd  ----- 1 cup
Rice                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Moong dal                         ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillies                     ----- 3 or 4
Oil                                    ----- as required
Salt                                   ----- as required
Water                               ----- as required
Ginger pieces                    ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1.  Take a bowl and add rice and moong dal in it.
  2. Wash with water 2 times.
  3. After washing it, soak with water for 2 hours.
  4. After 2 hours, take a jar and add soaked rice, moong dal and peeled skin of ridge gourd.
  5. Make all the 3 items into thick paste.
  6. Now in that jar only, add green chillies, ginger pieces and salt in it.
  7. Make all as a mixture.
  8. In that mixture only, add some water in it if necessary.
  9. After adding water, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. After 2 sec, add 2 spoons of oil on the pan.
  11. Take 2 spoons of dosa dough in it.
  12. Spread it as a dosa.
  13. After 2 sec, add oil on the sides and on the dosa also.
  14. Roast it for 2 sec.
  15. After 2 sec, turn to other side.
  16. Roast on the other side also.
  17. Now take the dosa in a plate and serve on a plate.
  18. Now you are ready with ridge gourd dosa infront of you.

How To Make Shahi Thukuda

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                 ----- 10
Ghee                           ----- 2 cups
Milk                            ----- 2 cups
Milk maid                    ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                          ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder             ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Now cut the bread slices in round shape by using moulds.
  4. After heating ghee, dip one by one all the bread slices.
  5. Fry the slices till slices comes to golden colour.
  6. After slices colour changes to gold colour, take the fried slices into a plate and keep aside. 
  7. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add milk in it and boil for 20 min by mixing well.
  9. After 20 min, milk will get the state of thick consistency.
  10. Now add milk maid in it.
  11. After adding milk maid in milk, mix well for 5 min.
  12. After mixing well for 5 min, add sugar also in it.
  13. Now mix well for 10 min.
  14. Add elachi powder in it and mix once. 
  15. After 10 min, make the stove off.  
  16. Keep the prepared milk aside. 
  17. Now take a bowl and keep 4 fried slices in it.
  18. After placing slices, pour milk on the slices.
  19. Now keep another 4 slices and pour milk on the slices.
  20. Keep remaining slices also.
  21. Pour the prepared slices on the slices.
  22. Now you are ready with the sweet item shahi thukuda.

How To Make Maramaralu Upma

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Maramaralu                   ----- 2 cups
Water                            ----- as required
Onion pieces                  ----- 1 cup
Green chillie pieces         ----- 1/2 cup
Curry leaves                   ----- 1/4 cup
Tomato pieces                ----- 1/2 cup

Mustard seeds                ----- 1/2 spoon

Bengal gram                    ----- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder            ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves             ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   

  1. Take a bowl and add maramaralu in it.
  2. Now add sufficient water in it till maramaralu is fully soaked.
  3. After soaking water, wash with hand.
  4. After washing with water, drain water fully.
  5. Keep the washed maramaralu aside for 10 min.
  6. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Keep in low flame.
  8. Now add 4 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  10. Fry for 1 sec.
  11. Add curry leaves also.
  12. Add green chillie pieces and onion pieces also.
  13. Fry it by mixing well for 2 min.
  14. After 2 min, add turmeric powder also.
  15. Mix well for 2 min.
  16. Now add tomato pieces in it.
  17. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  18. Mix once and keep a plate on the pan.
  19. Wait for 5 min.
  20. After 5 min, add washed maramaralu in it.
  21. Now mix once and cook for 2 min.
  22. After 2 min make the stove off.
  23. Now garnish with coriander leaves on it.
  24. Take a plate and serve in it.
  25. Now you are ready with maramarala upma infront of you.

How To Make Rice Flakes Dosa













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flakes                       ----- 1 cup
Rice                                ----- 3 cups
Black gram                     ----- 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds             ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                 ----- as required
Oil                                  ----- as required
Water                             ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add rice and sufficient water in it till rice is fully soaked.
  2. Take another bowl and add black gram and sufficient water in it till it is fully soaked.
  3. Take a bowl and add rice flakes and sufficient water in it till flakes are fully soaked.
  4. Soak all the three items in water for 4 hours.
  5. After 4 hours, wash all items separetly with water for 2 times.
  6. After washing all for 2 times, drain the water and grind all the the 3.
  7. Grind it as a thick dough by adding sufficient water.
  8. After grinding it as rice dough, take the dough into a bowl and keep aside.
  9. Now add sufficient salt in it as per your taste.
  10. Mix well and wait for 2 hours.
  11. After 2 hours, take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add 2 drops of oil on the pan.
  13. Take 4 spoons of dough on the pan and spread it as a big round.
  14.  Roast it for 2 sec and add oil on the sides and also on the dosa also.
  15. Roast it for 2 sec and turn to other side.
  16. Fry for 2 sec and fold it as a dosa.
  17. Now you are ready with rice flakes dosa infront of you.
  18. You can make any dosas you want.

How To Make Bottle Gaurd Payasam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated bottle gaurd        ----- 1 cup
Milk                              ----- 2 cups
Sugar                            ----- 1 cup
Ghee                             ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Put in low flame.
  3. Now add 3 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to golden brown colour.
  5. After nuts comes to golden colour, make the stove off.
  6. Take the fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
  7. Now add remaining ghee also in the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add grated bottle gaurd and fry for 10 min.
  9. After 10 min, make the stove off and take the fried bottle gaurd into a plate.
  10. Now take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add milk in the pan and boil for 5 min.
  12. Mix the milk for 5 min very throughly.
  13. After 5 min, add fried grated bottle gaurd to the boiled milk.
  14. Cook the bottle gaurd for 10 min and add sugar to it.
  15. Mix well for 5 min and make the stove off.
  16. Take the sweet into a bowl and garnish with fried nuts.
  17. Now you are ready with bottle gaurd payasam infront of you.

How To Make Bread Dosa

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Wheat flour                        ----- 1 cup
Plain flour                           ----- 1 cup
Rava                                  ----- 1 cup
Curd                                  ----- 1/2 cup
Baking soda                       ----- small pinch
Salt                                    ----- as required
Bread slices                       ----- 3 or 4
Water                                ----- as required
Oil                                     ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   

  1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, plain flour and rava in it.
  2. Add curd, baking soda also in it.
  3. Now add salt in it as per your taste.
  4. Take a pan and add 1 cup of water in it.
  5. Now make teh stove on and keep in low flame.
  6. Boil water for 10 min and make the stove off. 
  7. Now dip one by one all the bread slices in it.
  8. Now mix the mixture with water as a thick batter.
  9. Wait for 5 min.
  10. After 5 min, take all the dipped slices from water
  11. Press all the slices one by one with both the hands.
  12. After draining water from it, add the slices to the batter.
  13. If necessary add water also in it.
  14. After batter comes to dosa batter state, take a pan and keep it on a stove.
  15. Now make the stove on and put in low flame.
  16. After take 3 spoon ful of batter and add on the heated pan.
  17. Spread it as a dosa on the pan.
  18. Roast it for 2 min and add oil on the sides and on the dosa.
  19. After 2 sec,turn the dosa to another side.
  20. Roast it for 2 sec and take the dosa to other side.
  21. Now you can make any dosas you want.
  22. Now you are ready with bread dosa infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and crispy bread dosa
