How To Make Segvan Curry










REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oil                             ----- 3 spoons
Onion pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste     ----- 2 spoons
Chili sauce                 ----- 1 spoon
Tomato sauce            ----- 1 spoon
Boiled carrot pieces   ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled cauli flower     ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled beans             ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled peas              ----- 1/2 cup
Capsicum pieces      ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                          ----- as required
Pepper powder       ----- as required
Corn flour               ----- 2 spoons
Water                     ----- 4 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add onion pieces in it and fry for 10 min.
  4. Fry it by mixing well.
  5. After add ginger garlic paste in it.
  6. Mix well and add chilli sauce and tomato sauce in it.
  7. Next add all cooked vegetables one by one in it.
  8. Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
  9. Mix well and add pepper powder in it.
  10. Mix once and take a cup.
  11. Now in that cup add corn flour and water in it.
  12. Mix well with out getting any lumps from it.
  13. Now add this paste in it.
  14. Mix once and cook it for 10 min.
  15. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  16. Take the curry into a bowl and keep aside.
  17. Now you are ready with segvan curry infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy curry segvan curry

How To Make Dates Kheer











REQUIRED ITEMS:

Dates paste                  ----- 1 cup
Milk                            ----- 1 cup
Coconut milk              ----- 1 cup
Jaggery                       ----- 1 cup
Ghee                          ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts               ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                       ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry it till nuts comes to golden brown colour.
  5. After frying nuts, take into a bowl and keep aside.
  6. After add dates paste in it.
  7. Mix well for 5 min.
  8. After add milk and coconut milk in it.
  9. Cook it for 15 min by mixing well.
  10. After 15 min, add jaggery in it.
  11. After adding it, mix well for 5 min.
  12. After 5 min, add fried nuts and raisins in it.
  13. Make the stove off.
  14. Take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.
  15. Now you are ready with dates kheer infront of you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item dates kheer

How To Make Mutter Kheer

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled green peas     ----- 1 cup
Sugar                       ----- 1 1/2 cup
Milk                         ----- 1 cup
Ghee                        ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts            ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                     ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry all the nuts and raisins till nuts comes to golden colour.
  5. After nuts has fried well, make the stove off.
  6. Take a cup and take the fried nuts and raisins in it.
  7. Keep the fried nuts aside.
  8. Make the boiled peas into fine paste by adding water in it.
  9. After making as a fine paste, take into a bowl and keep aside.
  10. Keep the pan again and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add this paste in it and mix well for 2 min.
  13. Now add milk in it and cook it for 10 min by mixing well.
  14. After 10 min, add sugar in it.
  15. Mix well for 5 min till sugar is fully melted.
  16. After sugar is melted, mix well for 10 min.
  17. After 10 min, add fried nuts and raisins in it.
  18. Mix it once and make the stove off.
  19. Take a bowl and serve the sweet into it.
  20. Now you are ready with mutter kheer infront of you.

How To Make Kaju Paneer Mutter Curry












REQUIRED ITEMS:

Kaju                           ----- 1 cup
Paneer pieces             ----- 1 cup
Mutter                        ----- 1 cup
Tomato paste             ----- 2 cups
Salt                            ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Onion pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie slices      ----- 4
Jeera                         ----- 2 spoons
Oil                             ----- 4 spoons
Coriander powder     ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste     ----- 2 spoons
Coriander leaves       ----- 1/4 cup
Water                       ----- as required
Ghee                        ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till colour changes.
  3. After nuts comes to light brown colour, take into a cup and keep aside.
  4. After add paneer pieces in it and fry the pieces.
  5. Fry it till colour changes to light gold colour.
  6. After colour has changed, take into a plate and keep aside.
  7. Now make the stove off.
  8. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add jeera, green chillie slices also in it.
  11. Add onion pieces in it and fry till colour changes to light brown colour.
  12. Now add ginger garlic paste in it.
  13. Add coriander powder also in it.
  14. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  15. Now add mutter in it.
  16. Mix once and add tomato paste in it.
  17. Cook it for 5 min by mixing well.
  18. After add water in it and mix well.
  19. Cook it for 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
  20. After 20 min, add coriander leaves in it.
  21. Add fried nuts and paneer pieces also in it.
  22. Now mix well for 2 min and make the stove off.
  23. Take the curry into a bowl and keep aside.
  24. Now you are ready with kaju paneer mutter curry infront of you.
  25. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, spicy and yummy curry kaju paneer mutter curry.  

How To Make Sheera Sagar Sweet















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk                             ----- 2 cups
Sugar                           ----- 1 1/2 cup
Water                          ----- 1 1/2 cup
Grated paneer              ----- 1 cup
Bombay rava                ----- 2 spoons
Plain flour                     ----- 2 spoons
Food colours                ----- orange and green
Elachi powder              ----- 1/2 spoon
Cashew nuts                 ----- 1/2 cup
Badam pieces               ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a container and add 1 cup sugar in it.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cup water in it.
  3. Mix well for 10 to 15 min.
  4. After 15 min, you will get sugar syrup.
  5. After make the stove off.
  6. Now take a bowl and add grated paneer in it.
  7. Add 2 spoons of rava and 2 spoons of plain flour in it.
  8. Add 4 spoons of sugar also in it.
  9. Mix well and make this into two equal parts and put in 2 bowls.
  10. Mix one bowl with orange food colour.
  11. Mix another bowl with green colour.
  12. Mix separatly and make into smooth doughs.
  13. After make into small balls and keep aside.
  14. Now add this balls in the sugar syrup.
  15. Now take cooker and pour water in it.
  16. Keep this container in it and cook it for 15 min.
  17. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  18. Now put a container and pour milk in it.
  19. Boil milk for 15 to 20 min by mixing well.
  20. Boil milk till it comes to 1 cup quantity.
  21. Now remove this container from cooker and keep aside.
  22. Add paneer balls into boiled milk.
  23. Cook it for 20 min by mixing well carefully.
  24. After add 2 cups of sugar syrup also in the milk for sweet ness.
  25. Now make the stove off.
  26. Add cashew nuts in it.
  27. Add elachi powder and badam pieces also in it.
  28. Mix once and take this sweet into a bowl.
  29. Wait for 15 min and keep in deep freezer for 2 hours.
  30. After 2 hours, you can serve it.
  31. Now you are ready with sheera sagar sweet infront of you.

How To Make Soya Cutlets













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Soya granules                    ----- 1 cup
Boiled aloo                       ----- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot                    ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled green peas              ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                   ----- as required
Green chilly paste              ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste             ----- 2 spoons
Rice flour                           ----- 1/2 cup
Egg yoak                           ----- 1/2 cup
Bread powder                   ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                    ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Now take a bowl and add soya granules in it.
  4. Add green peas, rice flour and grated carrot also in it.
  5. Smash the boiled aloo and add this in it.
  6. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  7. Add green chilly paste and ginger garlic paste in it.
  8. Mix well and add sufficient water in it also.
  9. Mix well fully to make it as a smooth dough.
  10. Now make this into small balls and keep aside.
  11. Make this balls in any shape you want.
  12. After making it as rounds, dip in egg yoak once and roll on bread powder.
  13. After dip one by one all rounds in the heated oil.
  14. Fry it till the colour changes to golden brown colour.
  15. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  16. Remove cutlets from heated oil and take into a plate and serve it.
  17. Now you are ready with soya cutlets infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item soya cutlets.
  19. This is a good combination with tomato sauce or any chutney you want.  

How To Make Baby Corn Flitters
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled baby corn     ----- 1 cup
Green chillie paste   ----- as required
Coriander powder  ----- 1 spoon
Salt                        ----- as required
Red chillie powder  ----- as required
Coriander leaves     ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                         ----- as required
Plain flour              ----- 2 cups
Water                    ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  3. Add sufficient water in it to make it as a dosa dough.
  4. Keep this aside.
  5. Take another bowl and add boiled baby corn in it.
  6. Add green chillie paste, coriander powder and salt in it.
  7. Add red chillie powder also in it.
  8. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  9. Mix well and keep it aside.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Now dip the baby corn pieces in the dosa dough.
  13. After dip one by one all the baby corn pieces in the heated oil.
  14. Dip all the baby corn pieces in the oil.
  15. Fry it till baby corn comes to golden brown colour.
  16. After frying these baby corns remove from oil and take into a plate.
  17. Make the stove off.
  18. Now you are ready with baby corn flitters infront of you.

How To Make Dry Fruit Rolls

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Pumpkin slices          ----- 8 or 10
Sugar                       ----- 1 1/2 cup
Water                      ----- 1 cup
Dry fruits                 ----- 1/2 cup
Sweet kova             ----- 1/2 cup
Cloves                    ----- 10
Food colour            ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water in it.
  2. Add pumpkin slices in the water and soak for 5 min.
  3. Now put a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add sugar, food colour and water in it and mix well.
  5. Boil it for 10 min by mixing well means till it is fully melted.
  6. After add pumpkin slices in it and boil it for 5 min.
  7. Take a bowl and add dry fruits and sweet kova in it.
  8. Mix well and keep aside.
  9. After 5 min, take the slices from the syrup and take into a plate.
  10. After stuff this kova mixture in it.
  11. After it has stuffed, roll it and fix a clove on it.
  12. Now you are ready with dry fruit rolls infront of you.

How To Make Oats Payasam











REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oats                               ----- 1 cup
Milk                               ----- 2 cups
Ghee                              ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                             ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                           ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi powder                ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry till the colour changes to golden colour.
  4. After pour milk in it and boil for 5 min.
  5. After milk has boiled for 5 min, add oats in it.
  6. Cook oats for 10 to 15 min by mixing well.
  7. After 15 min, add sugar in it.
  8. Mix well for 5 min till sugar is fully melted.
  9. After add elachi powder in it.
  10. Now make the stove off.
  11. Take a bowl and serve thw sweet in it.
  12. Now you are ready with oats payasam infront of you.

How To Make Bread Tukuda

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                        ----- 8 or 10
Ghee                                  ----- 3/4 cup
Milk                                   ----- 2 cups
Sugar                                 ----- 1 cup
Ground nut powder            ----- 3 spoons
Cashew nuts                       ----- 1/2 cup
Badam powder                   ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Dip one by one all slices in the ghee.
  4. Fry the slices till the colour changes to light gold colour.
  5. After frying slices, take the fried slices into a plate and keep aside.
  6. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Pour milk in the pan and boil for 20 min by mixing well.
  8. After 20 min, you will get tasty kova from the milk.
  9. Now add sugar in it and mix well for 10 min.
  10. After 10 min, add ground nuts powder also in it.
  11. Cook it for 10 to 15 min by mixing well.
  12. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  13. Take this into a bowl and keep aside.
  14. After slices has fried well, apply this mixture on it.
  15. Add cashew nuts and badam powder also on it.

Bengal gram                   ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                       ----- 4 spoons

  3. After 1 hour, add soaked dal and water in it.
  4. Cook it for 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
  5. After 20 min, take a cup and add rice flour in it.
  6. Mix water in it to make it as a paste and mix well.
  7. Now add this solution in it.
  8. After add jaggery also in it.
  9. Mix well for 10 to 15 min.
  10. After 20 min, add grated coconut also in it.
  11. Mix well for 10 min by mixing well.
  12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  15. Fry nuts and raisins till nuts comes to light brown colour.
  16. After nuts has fried well, make the stove off.
  17. Now mix this fried nuts and raisins in the sweet and mix well.

How To Make Soya Mutter Tikki

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Soya paste                         ----- 4 spoons
Boiled aloo                        ----- 1 cup
Mutter(green peas) paste   ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                   ----- as required
Oil                                    ----- as required
Garam masala                   ----- 2 spoons      
Jeera powder                    ----- 2 spoons
Coriander powder            ----- 2 spoons
Bread powder                  ----- 4 spoons
Gram flour                        ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                     ----- 1/2 cup
Water                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo and smash it.
  4. Add soya paste, green peas paste and gram flour in it.
  5. Add garam masala powder, jeera powder and coriander powder in it.
  6. Add bread powder and salt also in it as per your taste.
  7. Mix well to make it as a paste by addimg sufficient water in it.
  8. After making it as a smooth dough, make into small balls and keep aside.
  9. Now make these balls into small rounds and stick these cashew nuts in the middle of it.
  10. Now dip all the rounds one by one in the heated oil.
  11. After fry all these tikkis till the colour of it changes to light golden colour.
  12. Now remove these from the heated oil and take into a plate.
  13. Make the stove off and serve it in a plate.
  14. Now you are ready with soya mutter tikki infront of you.

How To Make Dahi Sabudana

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sabudana                       ----- 1 cup
Curd                              ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces                  ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces        ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                               ----- as required
Water                           ----- 2 cups
Ghee                             ----- 2 spoons
Cashew nuts                  ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                 ----- 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder           ----- 1/2 spoon
Mustard seeds               ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                             ----- 2 spoons
Pepper seeds                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Ginger pieces                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves                  ----- 1/4 cup
Red chillies                    ----- 3 or 4
Asafoetida                    ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves           ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:    
  1. Take a bowl and add sabudana and water in it.
  2. Soak it for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, wash with water and take a pan.
  4. Add soaked sabudana and water in it.
  5. Cook it by keeping a plate on it for 10 to 15 min.
  6. After 15 min, take a bowl and add cooked sabudana in it.
  7. Add curd in it and mix well.
  8. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add cashew nuts in it and fry till nuts comes to light brown colour.
  11. After colour has changed, add fried nuts to the sabudana.
  12. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add mustard seeds, jeera,curry leaves and red chillies in it.
  14. After add asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger pieces and pepper seeds also.
  15. Fry all for 2 sec and add this to the sabudana.
  16. Now add onion pieces and green chillie pieces to the bowl.
  17. Add salt in it as per your taste and coriander leaves also in it.
  18. Mix well once and serve in a plate.
  19. Now you are ready with dhahi sabudana infront of you.

How To Make Capsicum Tamarind Chutney

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Capsicum pieces                    ----- 1 cup
Green chillies                         ----- 1/2 cup
Tamarind chutney                  ----- 2 spoons
Oil                                        ----- 4 spoons
Ground nuts                          ----- 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds                       ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                    ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                      ----- as required
Sugar                                   ----- 1 spoon
Garlic pieces                        ----- 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds                     ----- 1 spoon
Black gram                          ----- 1 spoon
Curry leaves                        ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:     
  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  3. After add capsicum pieces and green chillies in it.
  4. Fry both for 5 min by mixing well.
  5. After 5 min, take the chillies and capsicum from the pan.
  6. Take in a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  7. Now in this pan add ground nuts and sesame seeds in it.
  8. Fry both by mixing well with out using any oil.
  9. After frying, take into a plate and keep aside.
  10. Now take a jar and make the stove off.
  11. In this jar, add tamarind chutney, salt and sugar. 
  12. Add garlic pieces and 1 spoon jeera also.
  13. Make into a paste and add fried ground nuts and sesame seeds also.
  14. Blend it once and make into a paste.
  15. Add capsicum pieces and green chillies also.
  16. Make into paste and take into a cup and keep aside.
  17. Now put the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Add 2 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  19. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and curry leaves in it.
  20. Fry all for 2 sec and make the stove off.
  21. Take this and mix well in the chutney.
  22. Now you are ready with capsicum tamarind chutney infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and spicy capsicum tamarind chutney

How To Make Bengal Gram Kesari

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bengal gram                     ----- 1 cup
Sugar                               ----- 1 cup
Milk                                ----- 2 cups
Ghee                               ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                    ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                             ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi powder                  ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add bengal gram in it and fry for 5 to 10 min by mixing well.
  3. While frying dal, donot add oil or ghee.
  4. After frying, take into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  5. Then make the fried dal into fine rava using mixy jar.
  6. Now add milk in the pan and boil milk.
  7. After boiling milk, add sugar in it.
  8. Mix well till sugar is fully melted.
  9. Add elachi powder also in it.
  10. After add rava to the boiled milk by mixing well.
  11. Add rava in the milk care fully because, you should not get any lumps from it.
  12. Cook it for 10 to 15 min.
  13. You can add milk also.
  14. After cooking it, make the stove off.
  15. Take the sweet into a bowl and keep aside.
  16. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  17. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry it.
  19. Fry the nuts and raisins till nuts comes to golden brown colour.
  20. After frying nuts, add this fried nuts to the sweet and mix well and serve in a cup.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomatoes                  ----- 1/2 cup
Grated paneer           ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves       ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add water and rice in it.
  2. Wash with water like this 2 times and drain the water.
  3. Take a pan and add oil in it.
  4. Heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste and green shillie pieces in it.
  6. Add cashew nuts and jeera powder in it.
  7. Fry all for 10 min.
  8. After 10 min, add tomato pieces and paneer also.
  9. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste. 
  10. Mix well for 5 min.
  11. After 5 min, add washed rice in it.
  12. Mix well for 2 min.
  13. After 2 min, add water in it.
  14. Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
  15. After 20 min, make the stove off.
  16. Take the rice in a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves on it.
  17. Now you are ready with paneer rice kurma infront of you.

How To Make Peanut Choclate



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Peanuts                            ----- 1 cup
Water                              ----- 3 cups
Sugar                               ----- 1 1/2 cup
Ghee                                ----- 1/4 cup
Milk powder                    ----- 1/2 cup
Choco powder                ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add peanuts and water in it.
  2. Keep this for 1 full night.
  3. Next day morning, take a jar and add this in it.
  4. Make this into fine paste and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan and add sugar and 1/2 cup of water in it.
  6. Mix well for 10 min till it comes to thick syrup.
  7. After it comes to thick consistency, add peanut paste in it.
  8. Mix well for 5 min.
  9. After 5 min, add milk powder and choco powder also in it.
  10. Mix well for 10 min and add ghee in it.
  11. Mix well for 5 min and make the stove off.
  12. Take this into a plate and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  13. After 1/2 hour, keep this in deep freezer.
  14. Wait for 4 hours.
  15. After 4 hours it is ready to serve.

How To Make Jam Amlet

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Eggs                        ----- 2
Mixed fruit jam        ----- 2 spoons
Sugar powder         ----- 2 spoons
Nut meg powder     ----- 2 spoons
Butter                     ----- 2 spoons
Vanilla acense         ----- 1/2 spoon
Milk                       ----- 1/4 cup
Bread powder        ----- 2 spoons
Dry fruits                ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and take the eggs.
  2. Break the eggs and take the bread yoak in the bowl.
  3. Beat it very well.
  4. Now add sugar powder, vanilla acense and nut meg powder in it.
  5. Beat well and add bread powder also in it.
  6. Beat it once and keep it aside.
  7. Now take a bowl and add fruit jam in it.
  8. Now mix it with milk by adding it.
  9. After it is mixed very well, take a pan.
  10. Put in low flame.
  11. Wait for 2 sec.
  12. After 2 sec, apply butter on the pan.
  13. After applying it, add egg batter on it.
  14. Roast it on low flame for 2 min.
  15. After 2 min, spread the mixed fruit jam mixture on it.

Badam                       ----- 1 cup
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Milk                           ----- 3 cups

Saffron                      ----- small pinch
Ghee                         ----- 1/2 spoon
Cherrys                     ----- 1/4 cup
Badam pieces            ----- 1/2 cup
Kaju                          ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a cup and add badam and water in it.
  2. Soak it for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours, make it as a fine paste using mixy jar.
  4. Now keep a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Pour milk in it and boil for 5 min.
  6. After milk has boiled, add sugar in it.
  7. Mix well till sugar is fully melted.
  8. Now take a cup and add corn flour and water in it.
  9. Mix well by avoiding any lumps from it.
  10. After sugar has melted, add fresh cream in it.
  11. Cook it for 5 min by mixing well occasionally.
  12. Now add badam paste in it.
  13. Cook it for 10 min.
  14. After add corn flour paste in it by mixing well.
  15. Mix well untill it comes to very closer.
  16. After it comes to very thick form, make the stove off.
  17. Take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  18. Spread the sweet on it and garnish with badam pieces, kaju and cherrys also.
  19. Now wait for 1 hour.
  20. After 1 hour keep this sweet in fridge for 4 hours.
  21. After 4 hours, you can serve it.

How To Make Egg Bread

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Eggs                        ----- 3 or 4
Wheat flour             ----- 1 cup
Ragi flour                ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                      ----- 2 spoons
Baking soda            ----- small pinch
Oil                          ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add break the eggs and take into it.

How To Make Sabudana Punugulu

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sabudana                     ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces       ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                              ----- as required

Red chillie powder       ----- as required
Plain flour                    ----- 3/4 cup
Baking soda                ----- small pinch
Jeera                           ----- 1/2 spoon
Rice flour                    -----  2 or 3 spoons
Water                         ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add sabudana and water in it.
  2. Soak it for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours, drain the water from it.
  4. Now in that bowl add plain flour, rice flour in it.
  5. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces also.
  6. Add jeera, baking soda also.
  7. Mix once and add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  8. Mix well by adding sufficient water in it.
  9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 to 3 min.
  11. After heating it, make the mixed mixture into small balls.
  12. Now dip the balls one by one in the heated oil.
  13. Fry the balls till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
  14. After frying balls, remove the balls from the oil and take into a plate.
  15. Make the stove off.
  16. Now you are ready with sabudana punugulu infront of you.

How To Make Amla Coconut Chutney

REQUIRED ITEMS:
Coconut pieces            ----- 1 cup
Amla pieces                 ----- 1/2 cup
Red chillies                  ----- 10
Salt                             ----- as required
Oil                              ----- 4 spoons
Turmeric powder        ----- 1/4 spoon
Fenugreek seeds         ----- 1/2 spoon
Bengal gram                -----  2 spoons
Black gram                 ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                          ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds            ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add red chillies, bengal gram and black gram in it.
  3. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds and jeera in it.
  4. Fry it by roasting very well with out adding oil in it.
  5. Roast it for 5 to 10 min.
  6. After roasing for 10 min, take fried material into a plate and keep aside.
  7. Add amla pieces in it and fry for 10 min.
  8. After frying it for 10 min, you can see the raw smell goes out from it. 
  9. Now add oil in it and fry for atleast 10 to 15 min.
  10. Fry it by mixing very well.
  11. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  12. Take this fried amla pieces in another plate and keep aside.
  13. Cool it for 15 min.
  14. After 15 min, take a jar and add fried spices material.
  15. Make it as a fine powder and add salt in it as per your taste.
  16. Next add coconut pieces and amla pieces also.
  17. Make this into a paste.
  18. After making it as paste add turmeric powder also in it.
  19. Blend it once and take this chutney into a bowl and keep aside.
  20. Now you are ready with amla coconut chutney infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy amla coconut chutney.
  22. This is a good combination with rice, idlis and chapatis also. 

How To Make Ragi Flour Dosa














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Black gram                     ----- 1/2 cup
Ragi flour                        ----- 1 1/4 cup
Salt                                 ----- as required
Oil                                  ----- as required
Water                             ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add black gram in it.
  2. Add 4 cups of water in it and soak it for 6 hours.
  3. After soaking it for 6 hours, drain the water from it.
  4. Wash black gram with water 2 times.
  5. After washing it, make into a thick batter.
  6. After making it a smooth batter, wait for 1 hour.
  7. After 1 hour, add ragi flour to the batter.
  8. Mix well and ferment it for 1 full night.
  9. Next day you are ready with batter.
  10. Now add salt and sufficient water in it as per your taste.
  11. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  13. Take the batter and spread it as a dosa.
  14. Roast it for 2 to 3 sec by adding oil on the sides and also on it.
  15. After turn it to the other side.
  16. After roasting it on other side, take dosa into a plate and keep aside.
  17. Make the stove off.
  18. Now you are ready with ragi flour dosa infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy tiffin item ragi flour dosa.

How To Make Pan Biscuits















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                      ----- 2 cups
Sugar powder               ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                            ----- 1/2 cup
Water                           ----- as required
Oil                               ----- as required
Food colour                 ----- 1 spoon
Raisins                         ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                             ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour, salt, ghee in it.
  2. Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.
  3. After making dough, divide it into two equal parts.
  4. Put one dough aside for 1/2 hour.
  5. Take another dough in another bowl and add food colour in it.
  6. Mix well and keep this dough also aside for 1/2 hour.
  7. After waiting for 1/2 hour, make two doughs into small balls.
  8. After making all into small doughs, take a roti maker and press it as chapatis.
  9. You can make chapatis with hands also as you wish.
  10. Now after making all into chapatis, take white chapati.
  11. Now apply ghee on it and sprinkle plain flour on it.
  12. After put colour chapati.
  13. Now apply ghee and sprinkle flour on it.
  14. After put white chapati on it.
  15. Apply ghee and sprinkle flour on it.
  16. In this way only, keep 7 chapatis like this.
  17. After keeping 7 chapatis, roll it very carefully.
  18. After rolling it, take a knife and cut it as slides in all equal parts.
  19. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  20. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
  21. After making rolls, make it as small chapatis and keep aside.
  22. After oil has heated, dip one by one all the chapatis in the heated oil.
  23. Fry the chapatis till the colour of it changes to light golden colour.
  24. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  25. Remove the fried biscuits from the oil and take into a plate.
  26. Now sprinkle sugar powder on the biscuits and garnish with raisins on it.
  27. Now you are ready with pan biscuits infront of you.

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated coconut           ----- 2 cups
Jaggery                       ----- 2 cups
Ghee                          ----- 1/4 cup
Kaju                          ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                       ----- 1/4 cup


PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry them.
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till the colour of it changes to light brown colour.
  5. After frying them, add coconut powder also in it.
  6. Fry it for 5 to 10 min by mixing it well.
  7. After 10 min, add jaggery in it.
  8. Mix well for 10 min untill jaggery is fully melted.
  9. After jaggery has melted, mix well occasionally.
  10. Now mix it well for upto 15 to 20 min.
  11. After 20 min, you can see that it is like jaggery syrup that is very sticky.
  12. Now after you are getting sticky ness, make the stove off.
  13. Take the sweet into a plate and keep aside for 10 min.
  14. After 10 min, take small quantity of sweet and make into small balls.
  15. Now you are ready with coconut laddu infront of you.

  4. Fry nuts and raisins till the colour of it changes to golden brown colour.
  5. Now add grated amla in it.
  6. Fry for 10 min by mixing well untill the raw smell goes out.
  7. After 10 min, add sugar and milk in it.
  8. Mix well for 10 to 15 min.
  9. After 15 min, add elachi powder in it.
  10. Add food colour in it if you want.
  11. Cook it for 5 min.

How To Make Mango Halwa













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated mango(raw)               ----- 1 cup
Ghee                                    ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                         ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                                 ----- 1/4 cup

Milk                                    ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder                     ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry till the colour changes to light brown.
  4. After add grated mango in it.
  5. Fry for 5 min by mixing it well.
  6. After 5 min, add sugar in it.
  7. Mix well for 5 min till the sugar is fully melted.
  8. Now add milk also in it.
  9. After adding milk, cook it for 10 min.
  10. After 10 min, mix well once and add elachi powder in it.

How To Make Beetroot Halwa















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated beetroot          ----- 1 cup
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Ghee                          ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts               ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                        ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                           ----- 1 cup
Elachi powder             ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE:      
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.

  4. Fry nuts and raisins till the colour of the nuts changes to golden colour.
  5. Now add grated beet root in it and fry for 10 min.

  9. Add elachi powder in it and mix once.

How To Make Plain Flour Biscuits

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                   ----- 1 cup
Rava (bombay)           ----- 2 or 3 spoons
Sugar powder             ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                             ----- small pinch
Baking soda                ----- small pinch
Ghee                           ----- 2 spoons
Water                         ----- as required
Oil                              ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour, rava in it. 
  2.  Add sugar powder, salt, ghee and baking soda in it.
  3. Mix well and add sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough. 
  4. Keep the dough aside for 1/2 hour.
  5. After 1/2 hour, the dough is ready to prepare biscuits. 
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add 2 cups of oil in it.
  8. Heat oil for 5 min.
  9. Now make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  10. Make the balls into chapatis.
  11. After making chapatis, take any mould shape as you like.
  12. After making it, make it as any shape using moulds.
  13. After making them, dip one by one all the biscuits in the heated oil.
  14. Fry biscuits till the colour of it comes to light gold colour.
  15. After colour has changed, then make the stove off.
  16. Remove fried biscuits from the oil.
  17. Now you are ready with plain flour biscuits infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy plain flour biscuits.  

How To Make Coconut Sweet Rice

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                             ----- 1 cup
Coconut pieces            ----- 1/4 cup
Pine apple pieces         ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                           ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                        ----- 1/2 cup
Coconut milk              ----- 1 cup
Water                         ----- as required
Elachi powder            ----- 1/2 spoon
Honey                       ----- 2 spoons


PROCEDURE:

  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts, raisins and coconut pieces in it.
  4. Add pine apple pieces in it and fry all for just 2 min.

  7. Cook rice for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
  8. After 15 min, mix once and add coconut milk in it.

How To Make Manpasandh Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Oil                                ----- as required
Onion pieces                 ----- 1/2 cup
Sweet less kova            ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste        ----- 2 spoons
Kaju paste                    ----- 3/4 cup
Poppy seed paste         ----- 1/4 cup
Garam masala              ----- 2 spoons
Jeera powder               ----- 1/2 spoon
Cashew nuts                ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato pieces             ----- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot              ----- 1/2 cup
Green peas                 ----- 1/2 cup
Beans pieces               ----- 1/2 cup
Water                         ----- as required
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Coriander leaves         ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste in it.
  4. Add kaju paste, poppy seed paste also in it.
  5. Add cashew nuts, grated carrot also.
  6. Fry for 2 min.
  7. After 2 min, add garam masala powder also in it.
  8. Add jeera powder in it.
  9. Mix once and add tomato pieces, green peas and beans pieces also in it.
  10. Mix well for 10 min and add 2 cups of water in it.
  11. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  12. Mix once and add kova also in it.
  13. Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
  14. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  15. Now take the curry into a bowl and garnish with coriander leaves on it.
  16. Now you are ready with manpasandh curry infront of you.

How To Make Moong Dal Soup

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Moong dal               ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                         ----- as required
Water                     ----- as required
Pepper powder       ----- 1/2 spoon
Ghee                       ----- 3 spoons
Green chillie pieces  ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves      ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add moong dal and water in it.
  2. Soak the dal for 2 hours.
  3. After 2 hours, take the soaked dal and wash with water.
  4. After washing with water, drain the water.
  5. Now do like this in 3 times.
  6. After washing it, take a pan and add washed dal and 2 cups of water in it.
  7. Cook it for 20 min.
  8. After 20 min, drain the cooked water in a bowl.
  9. Keep the dal out side for 1/2 hour.
  10. After 1/2 hour, make dal into fine paste.
  11. Now put a pan on the stove and keep in low flame.
  12. Now add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add green chillie pieces in it and fry for just 2 sec.
  14. After add this paste in it.
  15. Mix well by adding cooked dal water in it.
  16. Mix it well by avoiding any lumps from it.
  17. Now add salt in it as per your taste.
  18. After add pepper powder in it.
  19. Mix well and boil for 20 min.
  20. After make the stove off.
  21. Add coriander leaves on it and take into a bowl.
  22. Now you are ready with moomng dal soup infront of you.

How To Make Aloo Sago Cutlet

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled aloo               ----- 1/2 cup
Sago                        ----- 1 cup
Green chillie paste    ----- 2 spoons
Salt                          ----- as required
Jeera                       ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves     ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                          ----- as required
Water                     ----- as required

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a bowl and add sago and water in it.
  2. Wash sago throughly with water for 2 times.
  3. After washing it, soak sago by pouring excess water in it.
  4. Soak for upto 3 hours.
  5. Wait for 3 hours.
  6. After 3 hours has completed, drain the water from it.
  7. Now take a bowl and add soaked sago in it.
  8. Add green chillie paste and jeera also in it.
  9. Now put a pan on the stove and keep in low flame.
  10. Add 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Now smash the boied aloo in a bowl and add it to the mixed mixture.
  12. Now mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
  13. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  14. Mix well and make into small balls and make this into cutlet shape( round shape).
  15. After oil has heated, dip the cutlets one by one all in the heated oil.
  16. Fry the cutlets in the oil till cutlets comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After colour has changed, take it from oil and serve on a plate.
  18. Make the stove off also.

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 min.
  3. Take a bowl and add gram flour in it.
  4. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  5. Add baking soda in it and mix well.
  6. Pour sufficient water in it to make into a thick consistency.
  7. Take a bread slice and cut the edges of it.
  8. Now dip the slice in the gram flour mixture and dip in the oil.
  9. Fry all the slices in the oil like this only.
  10. Fry it till it comes to light golden colour.
  11. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
