How To Make Egg Manchurian



















REQUIRED ITEMS:


Egg                                             ----- 2
Rice flour                                    ----- 1/2 cup 
Corn flour                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste                     ----- 1 tbsp
Onion                                         ----- 1big one
Chilli powder                              ----- 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Chilli sauce                    ----- 1/2 tbsp
Soya sauce                                ----- 1/2 tbsp
Oil                                             ----- As required
Salt                                           ----- As required


PROCEDURE:      
  1. Take a vessel and put water in that.
  2. Put eggs in that water and boil those eggs.
  3. Once eggs are boiled,take eggs from vessel and remove shell over those eggs.
  4. Cut eggs into pieces whatever size you like.
  5. Generally for each egg, can get around 8 to 9 pieces.
  6. Now take another vessel and mix corn,rice flour and egg pieces in that with salt and small quantity of water.
  7. Now heat oil in one pan.
  8. Make the above mixed one into small balls and deep fry in oil.
  9. Keep the balls aside after fried.
  10. Heat oil in pan and fry onions till those comes into brownish.
  11. Add ginger garlic paste,sauce and chilli powder.
  12. Now take fried egg pieces and put them in the above pan and mix well.
  13. You are ready with tasty and delicious yummy snack Egg Manchurian.
