REQUIRED ITEMS:
Almonds ----- 2 cups
Sweet kova ----- 2 cups
Sugar ----- 1 cup
Saffron ----- small pinch
Ghee ----- 1/4 cup
Water ----- as required
Cashew nut pieces ----- 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour 2 cups water in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- After boiling water, take into a bowl.
- Add almonds in it and put for some time.
- After 5 min, remove the skin of it and make it dry.
- Make into a fine powder by adding in a jar.
- Now make the stove on and add 2 spoons ghee in it.
- Add badam powder in it and fry for 2 min.
- Now add sweet kova and sugar also in it and mix well.
- Mix for 5 min and you will get thick consistency.
- Take a plate and apply ghee on it and spread the sweet on it.
- Add ghee on the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add cashew nut pieces in it and fry for 2 sec.
- After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.
- Take a knife and cut the sweet into pieces in any shape you want.
- After 5 min, garnish with fried nuts on the pieces.
- Now you are ready with badam kova burfi infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item badam kova burfi.
