REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled rice ----- 1 cup
Boiled bengal gram ----- 1 cup
Mint leaves ----- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves ----- 1/4 cup
Salt ----- as required
Oil ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi ----- 1
Cloves ----- 1
Onion pieces ----- 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste ----- 1/2 spoon
Green chillie slices ----- 4 or 5
Coriander leaves ----- 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add elachi, cloves and ginger garlic paste in it.
- Mix well and add curry leaves, green chillie slices in it.
- Add onion pieces in it and mix well.
- After frying onion pieces, add bengal gram in it.
- Add mint leaves and coriander leaves in it.
- Add salt in it as per your taste.
- Mix well and add cooked rice into it.
- Now make the stove off and serve into a plate.
- Now you are ready with bengal gram dal rice infront of you.
