How To Make Biscuit Laddu

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Biscuits                               ----- 2 cups
Sugar                                  ----- 1 cup
Corn flour                           ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                   ----- 1/4 cup
Cashew nut pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Badam pieces                     ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi powder                     ----- small pinch



PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add biscuit pieces in it.
  2. Make it into fine powder and take into a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Now add sugar also in it and make into fine powder.
  4. Mix this sugar powder into biscuit powder.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add cashew nut and badam pieces in it and fry well.
  8. Fry it untill nuts comes to golden brown colour.
  9. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  10. Now add the fried nuts along with ghee.
  11. Mix well and make the mixture into small balls.
  12. Now you are ready with biscuit laddu infront of you.
  13. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item biscuit laddu
