How To Make Coconut Dates Burfi























REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated coconut                       ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                                     ----- 1 cup
Milk                                       ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                      ----- 1 cup
Besan flour                             ----- 1/2 cup
Honey                                    ----- 1/4 cup
Dry fruits                                ----- 1/2 cup
Dates paste                            ----- 1/2 cup
Food colour                           ----- small pinch
Elachi powder                        ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add dry fruits in it and fry it untill nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. After colour has changed, remove fried nuts from oil and take into a cup.
  5. Now add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Now add besan flour in it and fry it by mixing well.
  7. Fry for 5 min and add grated coconut in it.
  8. Mix well and add sugar in it.
  9. Mix for 10 min and add dates paste now.
  10. After adding paste, cook for 5 min by adding milk in it.
  11. Cook for 5 to 8 min by mixing well.
  12. After 8 min, add honey and ghee in it.
  13. Add elachi powder and food colour in it and mix.
  14. Now add fried dry fruits in it and make the stove off.
  15. Take a plate and apply ghee on it and spread the sweet.
  16. Wait for 5 to 8 min to dry it.
  17. After 8 min, take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  18. After 5 min, now you are ready with coconut dates burfi infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item coconut dates burfi.
