How To Make Coconut Kova Billalu














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated coconut                         ----- 1 cup
Sugar                                        ----- 1 cup
Milk powder                             ----- 1/4 cup
Sweet kova                               ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                         ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                              ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                                       ----- 1/4 cup
Badam pieces                            ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts, raisins and badam pieces in it.
  4. Fry for 2  sec and take fried nuts and raisins into a cup.
  5. Now add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it.
  6. Now add grated coconut in it and mix well.
  7. Fry for 5 min and add sugar in it.
  8. Mix well untill sugar is fully melted.
  9. Now add milk powder and kova also in it.
  10. Mix for 5 min and add remaining ghee into it.
  11. Add elachi powder and fried nuts and raisins in it.
  12. Mix well and make the stove off.
  13. Take a plate and apply ghee on it and spread the sweet on it.
  14. Make it to cool for 5 min and cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  15. Now you are ready with coconut kova billalu infront of you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item coconut kova billalu.
