REQUIRED ITEMS:
Plain flour ----- 1 cup
Grated carrot ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Dalda ----- 1/4 cup
Oil ----- 2 cups
Water ----- as required
Chat masala ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
Plain flour ----- 1 cup

PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
- Add grated carrot in it and mix well.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add dalda in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Now add this melted dalda into the bowl and mix well.
- Pour sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.
- Make the stove on again and pour oil in it.
- Now make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
- Make it as a chapati and put straight lines parallely by leaving some space.
- Fold it and stick to the edges and dip in the oil.
- Make all balls like it and fry for 2 sec untill colour changes to light brown colour.
- After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
- Make the stove off and serve it.
- Now you are ready with crispy carrot ballons infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy snack item crispy carrot ballon.
