REQUIRED ITEMS:
Oil ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi ----- 1 or 2
Cloves ----- 1 or 2
Cinnamon ----- small piece
Ginger garlic paste ----- 2 spoons
Carrot pieces ----- 1/4 cup
Beans pieces ----- 1/4 cup
Green peas ----- 1/2 cup
Aloo pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Palak pieces ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves ----- 1/4 cup
Pudina leaves ----- 1/4 cup
Salt ----- as required
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add elachi, cloves and cinnamon piece in it.
- Fry for 2 min and add ginger gralic paste in it.
- Fry for 2 min and add carrot pieces in it.
- Add beans pieces, green peas and aloo pieces in it.
- Add palak, coriander and pudina leaves in it.
- Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
- Add turmeric powder in it and pour 1 cup water in it.
- Boil for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
- After 15 min, make the stove off and take into a bowl.
- Now you are ready with palak mixed veg curry infront of you.
