How To Make Paneer Fried Rice

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Paneer pieces                                  ----- 1/2 cup
Cooked rice                                    ----- 1 1/2 cup
Oil                                                   ----- 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts                                    ----- 1/4 cup
Green peas                                      ----- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Grated coconut                                ----- 1/2 cup
Spring onion pieces                          ----- 1/4 cup
Chillie sauce                                     ----- 1 spoon
Tomato sauce                                   ----- 1 spoon
Ginger garlic paste                            ----- 2 spoons
Pepper powder                                ----- 1/2 spoon
Garam masala powder                      ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                                  ----- as required


PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Now add panner pieces in it and fry.
  4. Fry the pieces untill the colour changes to golden brown colour.
  5. After colour has changed, remove fried pieces from oil and take into a plate.
  6. Add cashew nuts into it and fry untill nuts comes to golden colour.
  7. After colour has changed, remove fried nuts from oil and take into a plate.
  8. Now take cooked rice into a dish and add salt in it and mix.
  9. Take pan again and add 3 spoons oil into it and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for 2 min.
  11. Add spring onion pieces, carrot pieces and green peas in it.
  12. Mix well all and fry for 10 min.
  13. After 10 min, add chillie sauce and tomato sauce in it.
  14. Add pepper powder and garam masala powder also in it.
  15. Mix well and add fried paneer and cashew nuts in it.
  16. Add cooked rice in it and mix well.
  17. Mix the rice well and add grated coconut in it.
  18. Add coriander leaves and mix it well.
  19. Make the stove off and serve it.
  20. Now you are ready with panner fried rice infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy rice item Paneer Fried Rice.
