REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled beet root pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled basmati rice ----- 1 cup
Green chillie slices ----- 3 or 4
Oil ----- 3 spoons
Mustard seeds ----- 1 spoon
Jeera ----- 1 spoon
Bengal gram ----- 2 spoons
Black gram ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves ----- 1/4 cup
Salt ----- as required
Sesame seed powder ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
- Fry for 3 sec and add curry leaves,green chillies and beet root pieces in it.
- Fry for 3 min by mixing well.
- Add boiled basmati rice into the pan.
- Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
- Add sesame seed powder in it and mix well.
- Now make the stove off and serve into a plate.
- Now you are ready with Beetroot Sesame rice infront of you.
