REQUIRED ITEMS:
Wheat rava ----- 1 cup
Moong dal ----- 1/2 cup
Water ----- 4 cups
Oil / Ghee ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Mustard seeds ----- 1 spoon
Jeera ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves ----- 2 spoons
Salt ----- as required
Black pepper ----- 6 to8
Green chillie slices ----- 4
Cashew nuts ----- 1/4 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour 4 cups water in it and boil for 3 to 5 min.
- Now wash moongdal and keep aside.
- After water has boiled, add wheat rava and moong dal also.
- Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
- After cooking it well, add salt in it as per your taste.
- Mix well and make the stove off.
- Take another pan and place it on the stove.
- Heat it for 2 sec and add ghee / oil in it as you wish.
- Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and green chillie slices in it.
- Add cashew nuts and black pepper also in it and fry well.
- After frying it, make the stove off.
- Add to the pongal and mix well.
- Now you are ready with wheat rava pongal infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item wheat rava pongal .
