REQUIRED ITEMS:
Milk ----- 2 cups
Grated coconut ----- 1 cup
Sweet kova ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar ----- 1/2 cup
Badam & kaju pieces ----- 1/2 cup
PROCEDURE:
- Take a jar and add grated coconut in it.
- Blend it to make it as a thick milk by adding sufficient water in it.
- Now take a strainer and filter milk from it.
- Take milk into a cup and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour milk and coconut milk also in it.
- Boil for 10 to 15 min, untill it comes to thick consistency.
- Now add sweet kova and sugar in it.
- Mix well untill sugar is fully melted.
- Boil for another 5 min by keeping in low flame.
- After 5 min, add badam & kaju pieces in it.
- Mix well once and make the stove off.
- Take a bowl and serve the sweet into it.
- Wait for 20 min, untill it comes to room temperature.
- Keep it in a refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
- After 1/2 hour, put it out side and serve it as cool.
- Now you are ready with coconut kheer infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item coconut kheer.
