REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled aloo ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled carrot pieces ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled green peas ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Red chillie powder ----- as required
Plain flour ----- 2 spoons
Corn flour ----- 2 spoons
Oil ----- 2 cups
Milk ----- 1 cup
Sugar ----- 2 spoons
Kaju paste ----- 2 spoons
Grated panner ----- 1/4 cup
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it.
- Smash well and add boiled carrot and green peas in it.
- Smash the carrot and green peas also.
- Add plain flour and corn flour in it.
- Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
- Mix it to make it as a dough by pouring sufficient water in it.
- Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Now make the dough into small balls and dip in the oil.
- Fry the balls untill balls comes to golden brown colour.
- After colour has changed, remove fried balls from oil and take into a plate.
- Put another pan on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
- Pour milk in the pan and boil for 2 to 3 min.
- Add sugar and kaju paste into it and mix well.
- Add small pinch of salt also in it.
- Now add grated panner and fried kofta balls into it.
- Boil for 2 min and make the stove off.
- Now take into a bowl and serve it.
- Now you are ready with moghalai kofta curry infront of you.
