REQUIRED ITEMS:
Boiled aloo ----- 1 cup
Turmeric powder ----- 2 spoons
Salt ----- as required
Sabudhana ----- 1 cup
Oil ----- 2 cups
Besan flour ----- 1/2 cup
Rice flour ----- 2 spoons
Green chillie &salt paste ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste ----- 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves ----- 2 spoons
Coriander leaves ----- 2 spoons
Water ----- as required
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it and smash well.
- Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillie paste and salt in it.
- Soak sabudhana in water for 4 hours and add to the bowl.
- Add besan flour, rice flour , curry leaves in it and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves in it and mix well.
- Make it as a pakoda dough by adding sufficient water in it and mix well.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Make the batter like small balls and dip in the oil.
- Fry the balls untill balls comes to golden brown colour.
- After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
- Make as many bondas you want and make the stove off.
- Now you are ready with aloo sabudhana bonda infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item aloo sabudana bonda.
