REQUIRED ITEMS:
Cooked rice ----- 1 1/2 cup
Oil ----- 1/2 cup
Salt ----- as required
Spinach leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Mint leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Amaranthus leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillies ----- 5 to 6
Curry leaves ----- 1/2 cup
Water ----- as required
Jeera ----- 2 spoons
PROCEDURE:
- Take a bowl and pour water in it.
- Add all green leafy vegetables into it and wash well.
- Cut the leaves and take into plate.
- Take a jar and add washed spinach, amaranthus, coriander, curry and mint leaves in it.
- Add green chillies also in it and grind into a paste.
- You can add water also in it if required.
- Add cooked rice, jeera and salt also in it and grind well.
- Now take this mixture into a bowl and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
- Add 2 spoons on it and heat it for 2 sec.
- Take this into small balls and make into round shape.
- Put one by one all on the heated pan.
- Roast it well on both sides by turning it and adding oil on it.
- After it has evenly roasted on both sides, make the stove off.
- Make as many cutlets you want like this and make the stove off.
- Now you are ready with green leaves cutlet infront of you.
- Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, healthy and crispy snack item green leaves cutlet.
