How To Make Palak Baby corn Curry



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Spinach leaves                         ----- 1 cup
Green chillies                           ----- 2 to 3
Salt                                          ----- as required
Red chillie powder                   ----- as required
Coriander powder                   ----- 1 spoon
Garam masala powder             ----- 1 spoon
Baby corn pieces(boiled)         ----- 1/2 cup
Jeera                                       ----- 1 spoon
Oil                                          ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Ginger pieces                          ----- 1 spoon
Garlic pieces                           ----- 1 spoon
Sugar                                      ----- 1 spoon
Onion pieces                           ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves                     ----- 1/4 cup
Fresh cream                            ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Water                                     ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Now pour 1 cup water in it.
  3. Add spinach leaves and green chillies in it.
  4. Boil for 5 to 8 min by adding sugar in it.
  5. After 8 min, drain water from it and make the stove off.
  6. Now make this into fine paste and keep aside.
  7. Take the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add jeera, garlic pieces and ginger pieces in it.
  10. Fry for 2 sec and add onion pieces in it.
  11. After onions comes to golden colour, add paste into it.
  12. Mix well and add 1 cup water in it.
  13. Boil for 10 min by mixing well occasionally.
  14. Add boiled baby corn pieces into it.
  15. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  16. Add coriander powder and garam masala powder also in it.
  17. Mix well and cook for 5 min and make the stove off.
  18. Now add coriander leaves, fresh cream in it and take into a bowl and serve.
  19. Now you are ready with palak baby corn curry infront of you.

How To Make Aloo Sweet Corn Tikka
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled aloo                        ----- 1 cup
Boiled sweet corn              ----- 1 cup
Salt                                   ----- as required
Oil                                    ----- 2 cups
Red chillie powder             ----- as required
Garam masala powder       ----- 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste             ----- 1 spoon
Ice sticks                           ----- 8 to 10
Coriander powder              ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera powder                     ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:    
  1. Take a jar and add boiled sweet corn into it.
  2. Grind it to nake it as a paste and take into a cup and keep aside.
  3. Now add boiled aloo also into jar and grind well.
  4. After making into paste, take into another cup and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Now add 2 spoons oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add ginger garlic paste in it and fry for 2 sec.
  8. Now add sweet corn paste in it and fry for 5 min by mixing well.
  9. Add aloo paste into it and mxi for 10 min.
  10. Now add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  11. Add coriander powder, jeera powder and garam masala also in it.
  12. Mix well and make the stove off.
  13. Now take sticks and make the mixture into lolipop shape.
  14. Stick to the sticks.
  15. Make the sticks into lolipops and take into a palte.
  16. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  17. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  18. Now dip one by one all in the heated oil.
  19. Fry it untill the colour cahnges to golden brown.
  20. After colour has changed, make the stove off.
  21. Remove from oil and take into a plate.
  22. Now you are ready with aloo sweet corn tikka infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item aloo sweet corn tikka.

 

How To Make Carrot Kova Burfi





















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated carrot                        ----- 1/2 cup
Carrot pieces                        ----- 2 cups
Sweet kova                          ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                                   ----- 2 cups
Milk                                     ----- 1 cup
Ghee                                    ----- 1/2 cup
Grated coconut                    ----- 1 cup
Saffron                                 ----- small pinch
Elachi powder                       ----- small pinch
Cashew nuts                         ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a cooker and pour water in it.
  2. Now take carrot pieces and 1/4 cup milk in a box.
  3. Keep grated carrot and some quantity of milk in another box.
  4. Keep both in a cooker and place the lid and also put weight on it.
  5. Cook for 15 min untill 3 whistles comes.
  6. After 3 whistles comes, make the stove off.
  7. Wait for 15 min and open the lid of it.
  8. Now take a jar and add boiled carrot pieces in it.
  9. Grind it to a paste and keep aside.
  10. Take a pan and place on the stove.
  11. Make the stove on and heat the pan for 2 sec.
  12. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add cashew nuts in it and fry for 2 sec.
  14. After frying for 2 sec, take into a cup and keep aside.
  15. Now add boiled and grated carrot into it.
  16. Add carrot paste and ghee also in it.
  17. Fry for 5 min by mixing it well.
  18. Now add sugar into it and mix well for 10 min.
  19. Take the jar again and add kova and coconut into it.
  20. Grind it to a smooth paste and add this to the carrot.
  21. Mix for 5 min and add remaining milk into it.
  22. Cook for 5 min and make the stove off.
  23. Take a plate and apply ghee on it and spread the sweet.
  24. Now garnish with elachi powder, saffron and fried cashew nuts on it.
  25. Wait for 10 to 15 min and cut into pieces in any shape you want using knife.
  26. Now you are ready with carrot kova burfi infront fo you.
  27. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item carrot kova burfi.

How To Make Sweet Knots

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                         ----- 1 cup
Jaggery                            ----- 1 1/2 cup
Water                              ----- as required
Oil                                   ----- 2 cups
Ghee                               ----- 1/4 cup
Baking saoda                  ----- small pinch
Salt                                 ----- small pinch



PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add salt and baking soda in it.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add ghee in it and heat it.
  5. Now add the ghee into the bowl and mix well.
  6. Add sufficient water in it to mix like smooth dough.
  7. Now add jaggery and 1/2 cup water in the pan.
  8. Boil for 15 min by mixing well to make it as a syrup and make the stove off.
  9. Take the dough and make into small balls.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Pour oil in it and heat it.
  12. After making into balls, do it as a chapati.
  13. Cut into horizontal lines and stick to all lines.
  14. Now make a knot on the centre of it.
  15. Dip one by one all in the heated oil.
  16. Fry it untill colour of it changes to goden brown colour.
  17. After colour has changed, remove from oil and add to syrup.
  18. Turn on both sides and make the stove off.
  19. Take into a plate and serve.
  20. Now you are ready with sweet knots infront of you.

How To Make Besan Kofta Curry














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Besan flour                          ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                            ----- 1/4 cup
Green chillie paste               ----- 2 spoons
Oil                                      ----- as required
Salt                                     ----- as required
Onion paste                        ----- 1 cup
Tomato paste                     ----- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste              ----- 2 spoons
Water                                ----- as required
Red chillie powder             ----- as required
Garam masala powder       ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves               ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add besan flour in it.
  2. Add rice flour, green chillie paste and small pinch of coriander in it.
  3. Add salt in it as per your taste and mix well.
  4. Add water in it to make it as a dough.
  5. Now make into small balls and keep aside.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add 1 cup oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Dip one by one all in the heated oil.
  9. Fry it untill balls comes to light golden colour.
  10. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  11. Make the stove off.
  12. Take oil into a cup and keep aside.
  13. Make the stove on again and add 1/4 cup oil in it.
  14. Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste in it.
  15. Fry for 2 min and add tomato paste also in it.
  16. Fry for 2 min by mixing well.
  17. Add 1/2 cup water in it and cook for 10 min by placing a plate on it.
  18. Now add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  19. Add coriander leaves and garam masala powder also in it.
  20. Add fried koftas now and mix well ad cook for 10 min.
  21. Keep a plate on it while cooking.
  22. After 10 min, make the stove off and mix well once.
  23. Now you are ready with besan kofta curry infront of you.
  24. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item besan kofta curry.

How To Make Moong Dal Chegodilu



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Moong dal flour                       ----- 1 cup
Rice flour                                 ----- 3/4 cup
Salt                                          ----- as required
Red chillie powder                   ----- as required
Oil                                           ----- 2 cups
Sesame seeds                           ----- 2 spoons   
Water                                      ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Take a bowl and add moong dal flour in it.
  4. Add rice flour and sesame seeds in it and mix well.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  6. Add 2 spoons heated oil in it and mix well.
  7. Pour sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.
  8. Now take the dough into small balls.
  9. Now roll the small balls and fold like rounds.
  10. After making into chegodilu shape and dip into the oil.
  11. Fry all chegodilu untill colour changes to golden brown colour.
  12. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  13. Make the stove off and serve it.
  14. Now you are ready with moong dal chegodilu infront of you.

How To Make Beetroot Coconut Salad















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated beetroot                      ----- 1/2 cup
Grated coconut                       ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                         ----- as required
Pepper powder                       ----- as required
Sugar                                      ----- 2 spoons
Coriander leaves                     ----- 1/4 cup
Lemon juice                            ----- 2 spoons
Oil                                          ----- 2 spoons
Mustard seeds                        ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE:

How To Make Sweet Corn Boorelu

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet corn                             ----- 1 cup
Jaggery                                   ----- 1 cup
Grated coconut                       ----- 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds                         ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                                          ----- as required
Ghee                                       ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add sweet corn in it.
  2. Add jaggery also in it and grind it to make it as a paste.
  3. Now add coconut in it and gring it again.
  4. After it has grinded well, add sesame seeds in it.
  5. Grind it again and take into a bowl.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Add ghee in it and also add 1 cup oil into it.
  8. Heat it for 2 min, and make the dough into small balls.
  9. Now press in the middle of it to make into round shape.
  10. Dip one by one all in the heated oil.

How To Make Hara Bhara Rice


















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Onion pieces                           ----- 1 cup
Oil                                          ----- 1/2 cup
Elachi                                      ----- 1 or 2
Cloves                                     ----- 1
Bay leaf                                   ----- small piece
Cashew nuts                            ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie slices                    ----- 2 or 3
Garlic paste                              ----- 1/2 spoon
Salt                                          ----- as required
Spinach pieces                         ----- 1/2 cup
Green peas (boiled)                 ----- 1/4 cup
Garam masala powder             ----- 1/2 spoon
Basmati rice                            ----- 1 cup
Water                                     ----- 1 1/2 cup
Spring onions                          ----- 1/4 cup
Grated paneer                         ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of onion slices in it and fry for 2 min.
  4. After 2 min, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  5. Now make the stove off.
  6. Take a cooker and pour water into it.
  7. Take a container and add washed basmati rice in it.
  8. Add 1 cup water in it and put a plate on it.
  9. Put lid on the cooker and keep weight on it.
  10. Cook for 10 to 15 min untill 3 whistles comes.
  11. After 3 whistles comes, make the stove off.
  12. Now put the pan again and make the stove on.
  13. Add elchi, cloves, bay leaf into it.
  14. Add cashew nuts, garlic paste and green chillie slices in it.
  15. Add onion slices and fry for 3 sec.
  16. Add washed spinach leaves into it and mix well.
  17. Add boiled green peas into it.
  18. Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
  19. Add garam masala powder in it and mix well.
  20. Now pour water in it and mix well.
  21. Put a plate on it and cook for 5 to 8 min.
  22. After 8 min, open it and add boiled basmati rice into it.
  23. Add spring onions and grated panner also in it.
  24. Add fried onions in it and mix well.
  25. Make the stove off and serve into a plate.

Grated carrot                       ----- 1 cup
Ginger green chillie paste      ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                      ----- as required

  3. Take a bowl and add carrot, onion and ginger green chillie paste in it.
  4. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  5. Add 1/4 cup of curry leaves and coriander leaves also.
  6. Mix well and make into bullets shape and dip into the corn flour.
  7. Dip one by one all into the oil.
  8. Fry it untill it comes to golden brown colour.
  9. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  10. Make the stove off.
  11. Now put another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add 2 spoons of oil in it.
  13. Now add garlic pieces, curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.
  14. Fry for 2 min and add salt in it as per your taste.
  15. Add 1 spoon of tomato sauce in it and mix well.
  16. Add fried koftas in it and take a cup.
  17. Add 1 spoon corn flour and required water in it.
  18. Mix well to make it as a thick solution and add to it.
  19. Make the stove off and serve into a plate.

    How To Make Malaysian Fried Rice

    4. Add carrot pieces, beans and spring onions also in it.
    5. Mix well all and add salt in it.
    6. Now pour 1/2 cup water in it.
    7. Put a plate on it and cook for 10 to 15 min.
    8. After 15 min, open the plate and add red chillie powder in it.
    9. Add soya sauce in it.
    10. Mix well and add cooked rice in it.
    11. Mix well and add coriander leaves in it.
    12. Make the stove off and take rice into a plate and serve.

    Potato pieces                 ----- 1/2 cup
    Ginger garlic paste         ----- 1 or 2 spoons
    Carrot pieces                ----- 1/4 cup
    Salt                               ----- as required
    Red chillie powder        ----- as required
    Cashew nuts                 ----- 1/4 cup
    Rice                             ----- 1/4 cup
    Bengal gram                 ----- 1/4 cup
    Moong dal                   ----- 1/4 cup
    Toor dal                      ----- 1/4 cup
    Water                          ----- 3 cups
    Coriander leaves          ----- 1/2 cup
    Curry leaves                ----- 1/4 cup


    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add oil and ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and ginger garlic paste in it.
    4. Fry for 2 sec and add cashew nuts in it.
    5. Fry for 2 sec and add onion pieces in it.
    6. Add green chillies, curry leaves and green peas in it.
    7. Add carrot pieces, potato pieces and spinach leaves in it.
    8. Take a bowl and add rice, toor dal,moong dal and bengal gram in it.
    9. Wash well with water and drain water from it.
    10. Now add washed rice and all dals in it.
    11. Mix well for 3 min and pour 3 cups of water in it.
    12. Add salt in it as per your taste.
    13. Add red chillie powder in it and mix well.
    14. Now keep lid on the cooker and put weight on it.
    15. Cook for 20 min untill 3 whistles comes.
    16. After 3 whistle comes, make the stove off .
    17. Add coriander leaves on it and mix well.
    18. Now you are ready with spinach kichidi infront of you.

    How To Make Amla Sharbath





















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Amla pieces                                       ----- 1 cup
    Sugar                                                 ----- 1 cup
    Water                                                ----- 11/2 cup
    Elachi powder                                    ----- 1/2 spoon
    Cold water                                         ----- 1 cup
    Ice cubes                                            ----- 1/4 cup

    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add amla pieces and 1 cup water in it.
    3. Boil for 10 to 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
    4. After 15 min, drain water from it and keep it aside.
    5. Take the pan again and heat it for 2 sec.
    6. Add sugar and 1/2 cup water in it.
    7. Mix well for 2 min and add elachi powder in it.
    8. Boil syrup for 10 min and make the stove off.
    9. Make the amla into fine paste and take into glasses.
    10. Pour 1/4 cup syrup into it and pour cold water into glasses.
    11. Add ice cubes into it and serve.
    12. Now you are ready with amla sharbath infront of you.

    How To Make Almond Creamy Pongal





















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Milk                                         ----- 3 cups
    Sugar                                       ----- 2 cups
    Almond powder                       ----- 2 spoons
    Rice flour                                 ----- 2 spoons
    Milk maid                                ----- 1/2 cup
    Ghee                                       ----- 2 spoons
    Cashew nuts                            ----- 1/4 cup
    Almonds                                  ----- 1/4 cup
    Saffron                                     ----- small pinch

    PROCEDURE: 
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Pour 2 cups of milk in it and boil for 5 to 8 min.
    3. After boiling milk, add sugar in it.
    4. Mix for 2 min and take a cup.
    5. Pour 1/4 cup of milk in it and add almond powder also.
    6. Add rice flour in it and mix well with spoon.
    7. Add this solution to the milk and mix well.
    8. After 5 min, add milk maid into it.
    9. Boil for another 4 min and take milk into a cup.
    10. Add saffron in it and mix well.
    11. Now add the saffron into the milk and mix well once.
    12. Make the stove off and take into a bowl.
    13. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    14. Add ghee into it and heat it for 2 sec.
    15. Add cashew nuts in it and fry for 2 sec by mixing well.
    16. After 2 sec, make the stove off.
    17. Add fried nuts to the sweet and mix well.
    18. Cut the almonds into pieces and garnish on the sweet and serve.
    19. Now you are ready with almond creamy pongal infront of you.

    How To Make Stuffed Chilli Fry


















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Bajji green chillies                         ----- 8 or 10
    Besan flour                                   ----- 1 cup
    Grated coconut (raw)                   ----- 1/2 cup
    Salt                                              ----- as required
    Radhuni seed powder                   ----- 1 spoon
    Oil                                                ----- as required
    Water                                           ----- as required

    PROCEDURE:
    1.  Take a bowl and add besan flour in it.
    2. Add coconut powder, radhuni powder in it.
    3. Add salt in it as per your taste.
    4. Mix well to make it as a paste by adding water in it.
    5. Now wash the chillies and put straight mark on the middle of the chillie.
    6. Remove seeds from chillies with knife.
    7. Now stuff this paste into the chillie.
    8. Make all chillies in this way and take into a plate.
    9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    10. Add cup of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    11. Dip one by one all in the heated oil.
    12. Fry for 3 to 5 min by turning on both sides.
    13. After frying chillies, remove fried chillies from oil and take into a plate.
    14. Make the stove off.
    15. Now you are ready with Stuffed Chilli Fry infront of you.
    16. This is a good combination munching with food items/ like snack also

    How To Make Strawberry Lassi



















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Straw berry pieces                     ----- 1 cup
    Curd                                         ----- 3/4 cup
    Sugar                                        ----- 1/2 cup
    Salt                                           ----- small pinch

    PROCEDURE:       
    1. Take a jar and add curd in it.
    2. Add strawberry pieces in it.
    3. Add salt and sugar in it and blend it.
    4. Add water/ ice cubes in it if required.
    5. Blend it again and serve it.

    How To Make Soya Granules Cutlet



















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Soya granules                            ----- 1 cup
    Water                                       ----- as required
    Oil                                            ----- as required
    Salt                                           ----- as required
    Boiled aloo                               ----- 1/2 cup
    Boiled green peas                     ----- 1/2 cup
    Boiled beans pieces                  ----- 1/4 cup
    Grated carrot                            ----- 1/4 cup
    Onion pieces                             ----- 1/4 cup
    Green chillie pieces                    ----- 1/4 cup
    Gram flour                                 ----- 1/2 cup
    Ginger garlic paste                    ----- 1 spoon

    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Pour 1 cup of water and 1 cup granules in it.
    3. Add salt in it as per your taste.
    4. Boil for 5 to 8 min and make the stove off.
    5. Drain water from granules and press it to make dry.
    6. Now take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it and smash well.
    7. Add beans, peas and carrot also in it and mix well.
    8. Add ginger garlic paste, onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
    9. Add soya granules and gram flour in it.
    10. Add salt in it as per your taste and mix all.
    11. Add water in it to make it as a thick dough and keep aside.
    12. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    13. Add 4 spoons oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    14. Make the dough into small balls and press in the middle to make it in round shape.
    15. Roast for 2 min by turning on both sides.
    16. After 2 min, remove from pan and take into a plate and serve it.
    17. Now you are ready with soya granules infront of you.

    How To Make Paneer Rice Flakes Payasam



















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Rice flakes                            ----- 1/2 cup
    Grated paneer                       ----- 1/2 cup
    Jaggery                                 ----- 3/4 cup
    Water                                   ----- as required
    Milk                                      ----- 1/2 cup
    Ghee                                     ----- 2 spoons
    Cashew nuts                          ----- 1/4 cup

    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry for 2 sec.
    4. After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.
    5. Add 1/2 cup water and jaggery in it.
    6. Mix for 10 to 15 min untill it is fully melted.
    7. Take a bowl and add rice flakes in it.
    8. Pour water in it and wash well.
    9. After washing flakes, drain water from it.
    10. Now add wahed flakes into jaggery.
    11. Cook for 5 min and add paneer also in it.
    12. Boil for 10 min by mxing well occasionally.
    13. Add milk in it and mix well. 
    14. After 10 min, make the stove off and add fried nuts into it.
    15. Now you are ready with paneer rice flakes payasam infront of you.

    How To Make Amla Jamuns















    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Amla                                       ----- 1 cup
    Sugar                                      ----- 1 cup
    Water                                     ----- as required
    Ghee                                       ----- 2 spoons
    Cashew nuts                           ----- 1/2 cup
    Raisins                                    ----- 1/4 cup

    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a cooker and add amla in it.
    2. Pour 1 cup of water in it and boil it for 5 to 10 min.
    3. Put weight on the cooker and make the stove on.
    4. After 1 whistle comes, make the stove off.
    5. Now wait for 15 min and open the lid of the cooker.
    6. Take boiled amla into a cup and keep aside.
    7. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    8. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    9. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry.
    10. Fry for 2 sec untill colour changes to light golden colour.
    11. After colour has changed, remove nuts from pan and take into a cup and keep aside.
    12. Now add sugar and 1 cup water in it and mix well.
    13. Boil for 10 min and add boiled amla in it.
    14. Cook for 10 min and make the stove off.
    15. Take a bowl and add the sweet into it.
    16. Garnish with fried nuts and raisins on it and serve.
    17. Now you are ready with amla jamuns infront of you.
