How To Make Palak Mixed Veg Curry

















REQUIRED ITEMS:


Oil                                           ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi                                      ----- 1 or 2
Cloves                                    ----- 1 or 2
Cinnamon                               ----- small piece
Ginger garlic paste                  ----- 2 spoons
Carrot pieces                         ----- 1/4 cup
Beans pieces                          ----- 1/4 cup
Green peas                            ----- 1/2 cup
Aloo pieces                           ----- 1/2 cup
Palak pieces                          ----- 1 cup
Coriander leaves                   ----- 1/4 cup
Pudina leaves                        ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                       ----- as required
Water                                   ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add elachi, cloves and cinnamon piece in it.
  4. Fry for 2 min and add ginger gralic paste in it.
  5. Fry for 2 min and add carrot pieces in it.
  6. Add beans pieces, green peas and aloo pieces in it.
  7. Add palak, coriander and pudina leaves in it.
  8. Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
  9. Add turmeric powder in it and pour 1 cup water in it.
  10. Boil for 15 min by keeping a plate on it.
  11. After 15 min, make the stove off and take into a bowl.
  12. Now you are ready with palak mixed veg curry infront of you.

How To Make Bengal Gram Dal Rice
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled rice                              ----- 1 cup
Boiled bengal gram                 ----- 1 cup
Mint leaves                             ----- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves                           ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                        ----- as required
Oil                                         ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi                                     ----- 1
Cloves                                    ----- 1
Onion pieces                           ----- 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste                   ----- 1/2 spoon
Green chillie slices                   ----- 4 or 5
Coriander leaves                     ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add elachi, cloves and ginger garlic paste in it.
  4. Mix well and add curry leaves, green chillie slices in it.
  5. Add onion pieces in it and mix well.
  6. After frying onion pieces, add bengal gram in it.
  7. Add mint leaves and coriander leaves in it.
  8. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  9. Mix well and add cooked rice into it.
  10. Now make the stove off and serve into a plate.
  11. Now you are ready with bengal gram dal rice infront of you.

How To Make Besan Burfi














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Besan flour                     ----- 1 cup
Sugar                             ----- 1 1/2 cup
Ghee                              ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                   ----- 1/4 cup
Milk                               ----- 1 cup
Badam powder               ----- 2 spoons
Kaju powder                  ----- 2 spoons


PROCEDURE:
  1.  Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts in it and fry for 2 sec.
  4. After nuts has fried well, take into a cup and keep aside.
  5. Now take fried nuts from ghee and take into a cup.
  6. Add besan flour in it and fry for 2 sec.
  7. Add badam and kaju powders in it and fry well.
  8. Add milk in it and mix well for 5 min.
  9. Add sugar in it and mix for 5 min untill it is fully melted.
  10. After 10 min, make the stove off.
  11. Take a plate and apply ghee on it and spread the sweet into it.
  12. After 5 min, take a knife and cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  13. After 10 min, garnish with fried nuts on it and serve.
  14. Now you are ready with besan burfi infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item besan burfi.

How To Make Badam Kova Burfi
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Almonds                          ----- 2 cups
Sweet kova                     ----- 2 cups
Sugar                              ----- 1 cup
Saffron                            ----- small pinch
Ghee                               ----- 1/4 cup
Water                             ----- as required
Cashew nut pieces          ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 2 cups water in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. After boiling water, take into a bowl.
  4. Add almonds in it and put for some time.
  5. After 5 min, remove the skin of it and make it dry.
  6. Make into a fine powder by adding in a jar.
  7. Now make the stove on and add 2 spoons ghee in it.
  8. Add badam powder in it and fry for 2 min.
  9. Now add sweet kova and sugar also in it and mix well.
  10. Mix for 5 min and you will get thick consistency.
  11. Take a plate and apply ghee on it and spread the sweet on it.
  12. Add ghee on the pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add cashew nut pieces in it and fry for 2 sec.
  14. After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.
  15. Take a knife and cut the sweet into pieces in any shape you want.
  16. After 5 min, garnish with fried nuts on the pieces.

How To Make Crispy Carrot Balloon

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                        ----- 1 cup
Grated carrot                  ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                 ----- as required
Red chillie powder           ----- as required
Dalda                              ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                                  ----- 2 cups
Water                             ----- as required
Chat masala                    ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  2. Add grated carrot in it and mix well.
  3. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  4. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Add dalda in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Now add this melted dalda into the bowl and mix well.
  7. Pour sufficient water in it to make it as a smooth dough.
  8. Make the stove on again and pour oil in it.
  9. Now make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  10. Make it as a chapati and put straight lines parallely by leaving some space.
  11. Fold it and stick to the edges and dip in the oil.
  12. Make all balls like it and fry for 2 sec untill colour changes to light brown colour.
  13. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.

How To Make Beet Root Malai Kofta Curry

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated beet root                          ----- 1 cup
Corn flour                                    ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                              ----- as required
Red chillie powder                       ----- as required
Oil                                               ----- 1 cup
Elachi                                           ----- 1
Cloves                                         ----- 1
Onion paste                                 ----- 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste                       ----- 1 spoon
Coriander powder                       ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera powder                              ----- 1/2 spoon
Cashew nut paste                        ----- 1/2 cup
Fresh cream                                ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Turmeric powder                         ----- small pinch
Coriander leaves                          ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add grated beetroot in it.
  2. Add corn flour and sufficient salt and red chillie powder in it.
  3. Mix well with water to make it as a dough.
  4. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  5. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Make the dough into small balls and dip into the oil.
  7. Fry it untill balls comes to golden brown colour.
  8. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  9. Take the oil into a cup and keep aside.
  10. Put the pan again on the stove and make the stove on.
  11. Add 1/4 cup oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add 1 each elachi and cloves in it and fry for 2 sec.
  13. Add ginger garlic paste, onion paste in it and mix well.
  14. Add cashew nuts paste, coriander powder and jeera powder.
  15. Mix well and add turmeric powder in it.
  16. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  17. Add 1/4 cup water also in it and mix for 4 min.
  18. After 5 min, add fried balls and fresh cream into it and mix well.
  19. Make the stove off and garnish with coriander leaves on it.
  20. Take a bowl and serve the curry into it.
  21. Now you are ready with beet root malai kofta curry infront of you.

How To Make Biscuit Laddu

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Biscuits                               ----- 2 cups
Sugar                                  ----- 1 cup
Corn flour                           ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                   ----- 1/4 cup
Cashew nut pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Badam pieces                     ----- 1/4 cup
Elachi powder                     ----- small pinch



PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add biscuit pieces in it.

How To Make Coconut Kova Billalu














REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated coconut                         ----- 1 cup
Sugar                                        ----- 1 cup
Milk powder                             ----- 1/4 cup
Sweet kova                               ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                         ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                              ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                                       ----- 1/4 cup
Badam pieces                            ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts, raisins and badam pieces in it.
  4. Fry for 2  sec and take fried nuts and raisins into a cup.
  5. Now add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it.
  6. Now add grated coconut in it and mix well.
  7. Fry for 5 min and add sugar in it.
  8. Mix well untill sugar is fully melted.
  9. Now add milk powder and kova also in it.
  10. Mix for 5 min and add remaining ghee into it.
  11. Add elachi powder and fried nuts and raisins in it.
  12. Mix well and make the stove off.

How To Make Dates Laddu





















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Ground nuts                         ----- 1 cup
Sesame seeds                      ----- 1 cup
Seed less dates                    ----- 1 cup
Cashew nut pieces               ----- 1/2 cup
Badam pieces                      ----- 1/2 cup
Honey                                 ----- as required
Ghee                                   ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Now add cashew nuts and badam pieces in it.
  4. Fry for 2 to 3 sec, untill nuts are fried well.
  5. Now remove fried nuts pieces from pan and take into a cup.
  6. Add ground nuts into the pan and fry well.
  7. Fry for 3 min by mixing well.
  8. After frying nuts, take into a cup and keep aside.
  9. Add sesame seeds also into the pan and fry well for 1 sec.
  10. After frying all, make the stove off.
  11. Now take a  jar and add fried ground nuts and sesame seeds.
  12. Make into fine powder and take into a bowl.
  13. Add dates into jar and grind it to make it as a thick paste.
  14. Add dates paste also into the bowl.

How To Make Sponge Chegodilu




















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Moong dal                          ----- 1/2 cup
Rice flour                            ----- 1 cup
Water                                 ----- as required
Salt                                     ----- as required
Turmeric powder                 ----- small pinch
Red chillie powder               ----- as required
Oil                                      ----- as required
Sesame seeds                     ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 cup water in it.
  3. Add washed moong dal in it and cook for 10 to 15 min.
  4. After 15 min, you can see moong dal is semi cooked.
  5. Now add turmeric powder in it.
  6. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  7. Add rice flour also in it and mix well.
  8. Mix well till it comes to smooth dough.
  9. Now make the stove off and take the dough into a bowl.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add 1 cup oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  13. Roll the ball with hand and fold like circle.

How To Make Coconut Dates Burfi























REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated coconut                       ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                                     ----- 1 cup
Milk                                       ----- 1/2 cup

Besan flour                             ----- 1/2 cup
Honey                                    ----- 1/4 cup
Dry fruits                                ----- 1/2 cup

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add dry fruits in it and fry it untill nuts comes to golden colour.
  4. After colour has changed, remove fried nuts from oil and take into a cup.
  5. Now add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Now add besan flour in it and fry it by mixing well.
  7. Fry for 5 min and add grated coconut in it.

  10. After adding paste, cook for 5 min by adding milk in it.

  12. After 8 min, add honey and ghee in it.

  16. Wait for 5 to 8 min to dry it.

  4. Fry the pieces untill the colour changes to golden brown colour.
