How To Make Spicy Macaroni Curry













REQUIRED ITEMS:

Macroni                              ----- 1 cup
Water                                 ----- 3 to 4 cups
Oil                                      ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                    ----- as required
Onion pieces                      ----- 1/2 cup
Tomato paste                     ----- 1/4 cup
Garam masala powder       ----- 2 spoons
Pepper powder                  ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder             ----- 1/2 spoon
Red chillie powder             ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Chilly sauce                       ----- 1 spoon
Soya sauce                        ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Red chillie sauce                ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 4 cups water in it.
  3. Add 2 spoons oil and sufficient salt in it.
  4. Boil water for 5 to 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
  5. After water comes to boiling point, add macroni in it.
  6. Cook for 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
  7. After macaroni has fully cooked, drain the water and take macroni into a plate.
  8. Now place the pan again on the stove.
  9. Add 4 spoons oil in it and add onion pieces in it.
  10. Fry for 2 to 3 min and add tomato paste in it.
  11. Mix for 5 min and add garam masala powder in it.
  12. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  13. Add coriander powder and pepper powder also in it.
  14. Now add all sauces in it and mix well.
  15. Add boiled macroni also in it and mix well.
  16. Make the stove off and dish out the curry into a bowl.
  17. Now you are ready with spicy macroni curry infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and spicy item spicy macaroni curry.

How To Make Dates Chocolates



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Plain flour                                  ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                         ----- 4 spoons
Oil                                            ----- 2 cups
Sugar                                       ----- 1 cup
Water                                      ----- as required
Salt                                         ----- small pinch
Dates with seeds                     ----- 8 to 10
Cashew nuts                           ----- 4 to 5
Almonds                                 ----- 4 to 5

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add sugar and 1/2 cup water in it.
  3. Boil it for 10 to 15 min untill sugar syrup comes to one string consistency.
  4. After sugar syrup is ready, make the stove off.
  5. Now take a bowl and add plain flour in it.
  6. Add salt, baking powder and ghee in it.
  7. Add sufficient water in it and mix well to make it as a smooth dough.
  8. After making it, keep aside for 5 min.
  9. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Make the dough into small balls and make it as a small puri.
  12. Now remove seeds from dates and put almond inside of it and close.
  13. Put one by one alternately one almond and one cashew nut.
  14. After making all like this, put the date in the centre of the puri.
  15. Roll it and twist like a chocolate wraper.
  16. After making all like chocolates, dip in the oil.
  17. Fry all untill colour of it changes to golden colour.
  18. After colour has changed, remove from oil and add to the syrup.
  19. Make the stove off and turn the chocolates to the other side.
  20. After chocolates has fully absorbed the syrup, remove from syrup.
  21. Take into a plate and serve.
  22. Now you are ready with dates chocolates infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item dates chocolates.

How To Make Tomato Bajji
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomato slices                       ----- 1/4 cup
Besan flour                          ----- 1/2 cup
Water                                 ----- as required
Salt                                     ----- as required
Red chillie powder              ----- as required
Baking soda                       ----- small pinch
Oil                                     ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                     ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                 ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  2. Add jeera in it and blend it once.
  3. Now add onion pieces in it and blend it again.
  4. After blending it, you will get thick paste.
  5. Take this into a bowl and keep aside.
  6. Take another bowl and add besan flour in it.
  7. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  8. Add baking soda also in it.
  9. Pour sufficient water to get like a thick batter consistency.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Apply onion paste on all tomato slices only one side of it.
  13. Dip one by one all slices in the besan dough.
  14. Dip one by one all slices in the heated oil.
  15. Fry it untill bajji comes to golden brown colour.
  16. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  17. Now make the stove off and serve.
  18. Now you are ready with tomato bajji infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, crispy and delicious snack item tomato bajji.




How To Make Besan Halwa















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Besan flour                          ----- 1 cup
Sugar                                  ----- 1 cup
Ghee                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                       ----- 1/4 cup
Raisins                                ----- 8 to 10
Elachi powder                    ----- small pinch
Water                                ----- 1 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry for 3 sec untill nuts comes to light golden colour.
  5. After colour has changed, take fried nuts and raisins into a cup and keep aside.
  6. Now add remaining ghee in it and heat for 2 sec.
  7. Take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Pour water in it and heat for 5 min.
  9. Add besan flour in the first pan and fry for 5 min by mixing well.
  10. After 5 min, pour boiling water into the pan.
  11. While pouring hot water, you should be very care ful.
  12. Cook for 5 min by mixing well occasionally.
  13. After 5 min, add sugar in it and mix once.
  14. After sugar is melted fully, make the stove off.
  15. Garnish with fried nuts and raisins on it and serve.
  16. Now you are ready with besan halwa infront of you.
  17. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item besan halwa.

How To Make Wheat Rava Pongal


















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Wheat rava                            ----- 1 cup
Moong dal                             ----- 1/2 cup
Water                                    ----- 4 cups
Oil / Ghee                              ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Mustard seeds                        ----- 1 spoon
Jeera                                      ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves                           ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                        ----- as required
Black pepper                         ----- 6 to8
Green chillie slices                  ----- 4
Cashew nuts                          ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 4 cups water in it and boil for 3 to 5 min.
  3. Now wash moongdal and keep aside.
  4. After water has boiled, add wheat rava and moong dal also.
  5. Cook it for 15 to 20 min by keeping a plate on it.
  6. After cooking it well, add salt in it as per your taste.
  7. Mix well and make the stove off.
  8. Take another pan and place it on the stove.
  9. Heat it for 2 sec and add ghee / oil in it as you wish.
  10. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves and green chillie slices in it.
  11. Add cashew nuts and black pepper also in it and fry well.
  12. After frying it, make the stove off.
  13. Add to the pongal and mix well.
  14. Now you are ready with wheat rava pongal infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item wheat rava pongal .

How To Make Beetroot Sesame rice



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled beet root pieces                    ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled basmati rice                          ----- 1 cup
Green chillie slices                           ----- 3 or 4
Oil                                                  ----- 3 spoons
Mustard seeds                                ----- 1 spoon
Jeera                                               ----- 1 spoon
Bengal gram                                    ----- 2 spoons
Black gram                                     ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves                                   ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                                ----- as required
Sesame seed powder                     ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram in it.
  4. Fry for 3 sec and add curry leaves,green chillies and beet root pieces in it.
  5. Fry for 3 min by mixing well.
  6. Add boiled basmati rice into the pan.
  7. Mix well and add salt in it as per your taste.
  8. Add sesame seed powder in it and mix well.
  9. Now make the stove off and serve into a plate.
  10. Now you are ready with Beetroot Sesame rice infront of you.

How To Make Tomato Juice























REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomato pieces                        ----- 2 cups
Mint leaves                             ----- 1 cup
Ginger pieces                          ----- 2 spoons
Salt                                         ----- as required
Pepper powder                       ----- small pinch
Sugar                                     ----- 1/4 cup
Water                                    ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add tomato pieces in it.
  2. Add mint leaves and ginger pieces in it.
  3. Blend it make it as a thick paste.
  4. Pour water in it, if required.
  5. After making into paste, drain it into a bowl.
  6. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  7. Add pepper powder and sugar also in it.
  8. Mix well all and serve it.
  9. Now you are ready with tomato juice infront of you.
  10. Drink and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy juice item tomato juice.
