How To Make Apple Almond Honey Salad
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Apple pieces                                 ----- 1 cup
Grated almond                              ----- 1/2 cup
Honey                                           ----- 2 spoons
Fresh cream                                  ----- 1/4 cup
Pepper powder                             ----- small pinch
Sugar                                            ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Salt                                               ----- small pinch
Lemon juice                                  ----- 1 or 2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add apple pieces into it.
  2. Add grated almonds, fresh cream and honey into it.
  3. Now add salt, sugar, pepper powder and lemon juice in it.
  4. Mix well all and serve it.
  5. Now you are ready with apple almond honey salad.
  6. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy item apple almond honey salad.
  7. You can keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour and take it also.

How To Make Mushroom Biryani






















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Mushroom pieces                      ----- 1/2 cup
Carrot pieces                             ----- 1/2 cup
Capsicum pieecs                        ----- 1/2 cup
Beans pieces                             ----- 1/4 cup
Cashew nuts                              ----- 1/4 cup
Basmati rice                               ----- 1 cup
Water                                        ----- 2 cups
Salt                                           ----- as required
Ghee                                          ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                                             ----- 1/4 cup
Cinnamon                                  ----- small piece
Elachi                                        ----- 1 or 2
Cloves                                       ----- 1 or 2
Mint leaves                                ----- 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves                        ----- 1/4 cup
Bay leaf                                     ----- 1
Ginger garlic paste                     ----- 1 or 2 spoons

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a cooker and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil and ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cloves, cinnamon, elachi and bay leaf in it.
  4. Fry for 2 sec and add cashew nuts & ginger garlic paste in it.
  5. Add coriander and mint leaves also now.
  6. Add mushroom pieces in it and mix well.
  7. Put lid on it and cook for 2 sec.
  8. Add carrot, capsicum and beans pieces in it.
  9. Mix well and add washed basmati rice into it.
  10. Mix well and pour 2 cups water in it.
  11. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  12. Mix it well and put lid correctly and place weight also.
  13. Cook for 15 to 20 min untill 3 to 4 whistles comes.
  14. After 4 whistles came, make the stove off.
  15. Wait for 10 min after pressure goes out side.
  16. Now open the lid and sprinkle mint &coriander leaves on it.
  17. Mix well and serve it.
  18. Now you are ready with mushroom biryani infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy mushroom biryani.
 

How To Make Mango Dates Burfi



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated raw mango                      ----- 1 cup
Dates                                         ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                                         ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                              ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                                       ----- 1/4 cup
Ghee                                          ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and fry for 3 sec.
  4. After nuts comes to light gold colour, take into a plate and keep aside.
  5. Now remove seeds from dates and make into a paste by using jar.
  6. Add 2 spoons ghee in it and add dates paste in it.
  7. Fry for 3 min and take into a plate and keep aside.
  8. Add 2 spoons ghee in it and add grated mango in it.
  9. Fry for 3 min and add dates paste also in it.
  10. Add sugar in it and mix well thoroughly for 5 min.
  11. After 5 min, you can see halwa will comes to very closer.
  12. Add remaining ghee also in it and mix well.
  13. Add fried nuts and raisins also in it and make the stove off.
  14. Now apply ghee on a plate and spread the sweet.
  15. After 15 min, keep in a fridge for 1/2 hour.
  16. After 1/2 hour, cut into pieces in any shape you want using knife.
  17. Now you are ready with mango dates burfi infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item mango dates burfi.

How To Make Kesari Bread Rasmalai















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                            ----- 6 to 8
Sugar                                     ----- 1 cup
Saffron                                   ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Grated almonds                      ----- 1 cup
Grated cashew nuts                 ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                                       ----- 1 1/2 cup


PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 1 cup milk in it and boil for 5 to 10 min.
  3. After 10 min, add sugar in it.
  4. Add saffron also in it and mix well.
  5. After sugar is melted fully, mix for 5 min.
  6. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  7. Cool for 1 hour in a fridge.
  8. Take bread slices remove sides and cut into round shape.
  9. Take a cup and add 1 spoon each badam and kaju grated.
  10. Dip the slice in the remaining milk both sides for 3 min.
  11. After 3 min, don't squeeze the milk.
  12. Take into the cup and pour the cool milk on it.
  13. Sprinkle nuts on it and serve it cool.
  14. Now you are ready with Kesari Bread Rasmalai infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and cool rasamalai sweet.

How To Make Kaju Pomogranate Milkshake
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Pomegranate seeds                       ----- 1/2 cup
Kaju paste                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                                           ----- 2 or 3 spoons
Milk                                            ----- 1 or 2 cups
Dry fruit pieces                            ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add pomegranate seeds in it.
  2. Add kaju paste also in it and blend well.
  3. Add sugar and milk in it and blend it again.
  4. After making into fine juice, filter the juice into a bowl.
  5. Now take glasses and pour the milk into it.
  6. Now add dry fruit pieces on it and serve.
  7. You can serve it cool by keeping in fridge also.
  8. Now you are ready with kaju pomegranate milkshake infront of you.
