How To Make Aloo Uthappam



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled aloo                                   ----- 1 or 2
Rice flour                                     ----- 1/4 cup
Curd                                            ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                                ----- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot                               ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves                          ----- 1/4 cup
Green chillie pieces                       ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                                              ----- as required
Water                                          ----- as required
Oil                                               ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo into it.
  2. Smash it well to make it as a paste.
  3. Add rice flour and curd also into it.
  4. Mix well to make it as a idli batter by adding water into it.
  5. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  6. Add onion pieces, grated carrot and green chillie pieces in it.
  7. Add coriander leaves also in it.
  8. Mix well all and keep a pan on the stove.
  9. Make the stove on and heat the pan well for 2 sec.
  10. Add 2 spoons oil in it and add 2 spoons of batter on it.
  11. Add oil on the sides and also on it.
  12. Roast for 2 to 3 sec by keeping a plate on it.
  13. After 3 sec, turn to the other side and roast it well.
  14. After roasting on the other side, make the stove off. 
  15. Remove dosa from the pan and take into a plate.
  16. Now you are ready with aloo uthappam infront of you.
  17. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy tiffin/ snack item aloo uthappam.


How To Make Cabbage Manchurian

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated cabbage                      ----- 1 cup
Green chillie paste                   ----- 3 spoons
Salt                                         ----- as required
Coriander leaves                     ----- 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste                  ----- 1 spoon
Corn flour                               ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Plain flour                               ----- 2 spoons
Food colour                            ----- small pinch
Boiled aloo                             ----- 1/4 cup
Azinamoto                              ----- small pinch
Oil                                          ----- as required
Onion pieces                           ----- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves                            ----- 1/4 cup
Soya sauce                              ----- 2 spoons
Tomato sauce                          ----- 2 spoons
Red chillie powder                   ----- 1 or 2 spoons

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add grated cabbage into it.
  2. Add boiled aloo and smash it well.
  3. Add 2 spoons of green chillie paste, corn flour and plain flour into it.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, azinamaoto and food colour in it.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste and mix well.
  6. Now make the stove on and put a pan on it.
  7. Heat it for 2 sec, and pour 1 cup of oil in it and heat it.
  8. Make the sdough into small balls and dip one by one in the oil.
  9. Fry the balls untill the balls comes to golden colour.
  10. After colour has changed, remove fried balls from oil and take into a plate.
  11. Make the stove off.
  12. Put another pan on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Add 3 spoons of oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  14. Add onion pieces, green chillie paste and curry leaves in it.
  15. Fry for 3 min by mixing well.
  16. Add soya suce, tomato sauce and 4 spoons water into it.
  17. Now mix water in the corn flour and add the solution also into it.
  18. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste into it.
  19. Add coriander leaves and fried balls now and mix well.
  20. Make the stove off and take into a plate and serve.
  21. Now you are ready with cabbage manchuria infront of you.

How To Make Coco Vanilla Chocolate



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk                                 ----- 1 cup
Curd                                ----- 1 cup
Sugar                               ----- 1 cup
Almond powder               ----- 1/2 cup
Choco powder                 ----- 2 spoons
Ghee                                ----- 2 spoons

PROCEDURE:          
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour milk into it and boil for 3 min.
  3. Add curd and sugar in it and mix well.
  4. Mix for 5 min and add almond powder into it.
  5. Mix well once and add choco powder now.
  6. Add ghee also and mix well.
  7. Cook for 5 min by mixing well.
  8. Take a plate and apply ghee on it.
  9. After 5 min, make the stove off.
  10. Take the sweet into the greased plate and spread it evenly.
  11. After 5 min, cut into pieces in any shape you want.
  12. Now you are ready with coco vanilla chocolate infront of you.
  13. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item coco vanilla chocolate.

How To Make Mughlai Kofta Curry



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Boiled aloo                  ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled carrot pieces     ----- 1/2 cup
Boiled green peas        ----- 1/2 cup
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder       ----- as required
Plain flour                    ----- 2 spoons
Corn flour                    ----- 2 spoons
Oil                               ----- 2 cups
Milk                            ----- 1 cup
Sugar                          ----- 2 spoons
Kaju paste                  ----- 2 spoons
Grated panner            ----- 1/4 cup
Water                        ----- as required 

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it.
  2. Smash well and add boiled carrot and green peas in it.
  3. Smash the carrot and green peas also.
  4. Add plain flour and corn flour in it.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  6. Mix it to make it as a dough by pouring sufficient water in it.
  7. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Now make the dough into small balls and dip in the oil.
  10. Fry the balls untill balls comes to golden brown colour.
  11. After colour has changed, remove fried balls from oil and take into a plate.
  12. Put another pan on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Pour milk in the pan and boil for 2 to 3 min.
  14. Add sugar and kaju paste into it and mix well.
  15. Add small pinch of salt also in it.
  16. Now add grated panner and fried kofta balls into it.
  17. Boil for 2 min and make the stove off.
  18. Now take into a bowl and serve it.
  19. Now you are ready with moghalai kofta curry infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy curry item Mughlai Kofta Curry.
 

How To Make Coconut Kheer















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Milk                                 ----- 2 cups
Grated coconut                ----- 1 cup
Sweet kova                     ----- 1/2 cup
Sugar                              ----- 1/2 cup
Badam & kaju  pieces     ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add grated coconut in it.
  2. Blend it to make it as a thick milk by adding sufficient water in it.
  3. Now take a strainer and filter milk from it.
  4. Take milk into a cup and keep aside.
  5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  6. Pour milk and coconut milk also in it.
  7. Boil for 10 to 15 min, untill it comes to thick consistency.
  8. Now add sweet kova and sugar in it.
  9. Mix well untill sugar is fully melted.
  10. Boil for another 5 min by keeping in low flame.
  11. After 5 min, add badam & kaju pieces in it.
  12. Mix well once and make the stove off.
  13. Take a bowl and serve the sweet into it.
  14. Wait for 20 min, untill it comes to room temperature.
  15. Keep it in a refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  16. After 1/2 hour, put it out side and serve it as cool.
  17. Now you are ready with coconut kheer infront of you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item coconut kheer.


How To Make Dry Fruit Sweet Kaza

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Almonds                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                             ----- 1/2 cup
Plain flour                                 ----- 1 cup
Salt                                          ----- small pinch
Ghee                                        ----- 1/4 cup
Sugar                                       ----- 2 cups
Water                                      ----- as required
Elachi powder                          ----- small pinch
Oil                                           ----- as required

PROCEDURE:    
  1. Take a jar and add both nuts into it.
  2. Make the nuts into fine powder and keep aside.
  3. Add plain flour and pinch of salt into it.
  4. Add ghee also and mix well.
  5. Add sufficient water into it to make it as a smooth dough.
  6. After making into dough, keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  7. Take a pan and add sugar into it.
  8. Pour 1/2 cup water into it.
  9. Mix well for 5 min untill sugar is fully melted.
  10. Boil for another 10 min and make the stove off.
  11. Put another pan on the stove and heat it.
  12. Pour 2 cups oil in it and heat it.
  13. Make the dough into small balls and keep aside.
  14. Make it as a chapati and cut into diamond shape pieces using knife/ any moulds.
  15. Dip one by one all into the oil, if oil is heated well.
  16. Fry on both sides untill kaza comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After colour has changed, removr from oil and dip into the syrup.
  18. Turn it on both sides for 2 sec and remove from syrup.
  19. Take all into a plate and make the stove off.
  20. Now you are ready with dry fruit sweet kaza infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy sweet item dry fruit kaza.

How To Make Coconut Dosa















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice                                   ----- 1 cup
Coconut pieces                  ----- 1 cup
Green chillies                      ----- 3 to 4
Jeera                                  ----- 1 spoon
Ginger pieces                      ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Salt                                     ----- as required
Oil                                      ----- as required
Grated carrot                      ----- 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves                 ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and take rice into it.
  2. Wash well with water and drain the water.
  3. Make like this twice.
  4. After washing rice, pour sufficient water into it.
  5. Soak for 4 hours and take a mixy jar.
  6. Add this soaked rice into it and grind it well.
  7. Add ginger, green chillies and coconut pieces into it.
  8. Grind all into a thick batter and keep aside.
  9. Now add salt in it as per your taste.
  10. Add jeera also into it and mix well.
  11. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Add oil on it and add 3 spoons of dosa batter on it.
  13. Spread the batter into dosa.
  14. Dosa would be soft and thick consistency.
  15. Sprinkle carrot and coriander on it.
  16. Add oil on the edge and also in the centre.
  17. Roast for 3 to 4 sec and turn to other side.
  18. After 2 sec, remove from pan and fold it well.
  19. Make as many dosas you want and make the stove off.
  20. Now you are ready with coconut dosa infront of you.
  21. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy tiffin/ snack item coconut dosa.
