How To Make Bread Pizza



 REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                               ----- 8 to 10
Rava (bombay)                          ----- 1/4 cup
Curd                                         ----- 1/2 cup
Onion pieces                             ----- 1/4 cup
Tomato pieces                          ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                           ----- as required
Green chillie pieces                   ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Coriander leaves                       ----- 1/4 cup
Grated butter                            ----- 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce                           ----- 1/2 cup
Water                                       ----- as required
Oil                                            ----- as required

PROCEDURE:   
  1. Take bread slices and cut the edges of it.
  2. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add rawa into it and roast it well by adding 2 spoons oil in it.
  4. Now take the fried rawa into a bowl and keep aside.
  5. Add curd, onion pieces, tomato pieces and green chillie pieces into it.
  6. Add coriander leaves and required salt in it as per your taste.
  7. Mix well all to make into a paste.
  8. If required, add water also.
  9. Take all  bread slices,  apply this paste on it and keep it on a plate.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec and apply 2 to 3 spoons of oil on it.
  11. Put 4 applied slices on it and roast well and turn to other side.
  12. Apply tomato sauce and sprinkle butter on it.
  13. Now take it from the pan and take into a plate and serve.
  14. Make all slices like this and serve.
  15. Now you are ready with bread pizza infront of you.

How To Make Carrot Oats Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated carrot                               ----- 2 cups
Boiled green peas                        ----- 1/2 cup
Onion pieces                               ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                               ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                                              ----- 3 to 4 spoons
Oats                                           ----- 1 cup
Water                                         ----- 3/4 cup
Salt                                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder                       ----- as required
Coriander leaves                          ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add onion pieces in it and fry for 5 min.
  4. Add cashew nuts and carrot also in the pan and fry for 3 min.
  5. After carrot leaves raw smell, add boiled peas in it.
  6. Mix well all and add oats into it.
  7. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  8. Mix it well and pour water into it.
  9. Cook for 5 to 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
  10. After 10 min, you can see the curry is fully cooked.
  11. Now make the stove off and sprinkle coriander on it and put the lid again on it.
  12. After 2 sec, make the stove off and serve it.
  13. Now you are ready with carrot oats curry infront of you.
  14. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy carrot oats curry.

How To Make Carrot Paneer Sandwich


 
 
REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated  paneer                           ----- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot                             ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                         ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                           ----- as required
Oil                                            ----- as required
Pepper powder                         ----- as required
Bread slices                               ----- 8 to 10

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add 4 spoons oil in it and heat it.
  3. Now add grated carrot into it and fry for 5 min by mixing well.
  4. Add panner also in it and mix it.
  5. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste into it.
  6. Mix well all and make the stove off.
  7. Put another pan on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Now add ghee on the pan and spread it well.
  9. Roast the bread slices on both sides evenly by adding ghee on the sides and also on it.
  10. After roasting all, make the stove off and take into a plate.
  11. Now apply ghee and put the prepared curry on one slice.
  12. Place another slice on it and cut into half with knife.
  13. Make as many sand wiches as you like and eat.
  14. Now you are ready with carrot panner sandwich infront of you.

How To Make Bread Manchuria


 
 
REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices                               ----- 8 to 10
Boiled potatoes                         ----- 2
Plain flour                                  ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Corn flour                                 ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Curd                                         ----- 1 cup
Salt                                           ----- as required
Ginger garlic paste                     ----- 1 1/2 spoon
Green chillie paste                     ----- as required
Garam masala                           ----- 1/2 spoon
Chat masala                              ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves                       ----- 1/4 cup
Curry leaves                             ----- 1/4 cup
Mint leaves                               ----- 1/4 cup
Oil                                           ----- 2 cups
Soya sauce                               ----- 2 spoons
Tomato sauce                           ----- 3 to 4 spoons
Chilly sauce                              ----- 1 spoon
Spring onion pieces                  ----- 1/4 cup
Garlic pieces                            ----- 2 spoons
Azinamoto                               ----- small pinch
Red chillie powder                  ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE:  
  1. Take a bowl and add bread slices in it.
  2. Peel the boiled potatoes skin and smash into paste and add into the bowl.
  3. Add plain flour, corn flour, curd, chat masala, garam masala and mint leaves in it.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillie paste, coriander and curry leaves also into it. 
  5. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  6. Add pinch of azinamoto in it and mix well all.
  7. Take a pan and put on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Pour oil in it and heat it.
  9. Make the mixture into small balls and keep in a plate.
  10. After oil has heated, dip one by one all into it and fry till colour changes to golden brown.
  11. After colour changes, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  12. Remove oil from the pan and put it again on the stove.
  13. Add 4 spoons oil in it and add garlic and spring onion pieces into it.
  14. Fry for 2 sec, add soya sauce, tomato sauce and chilly sauce into it and mix well.
  15. Add pinch of both salt and red chillie powder into it and mix well.
  16. Pour 1/4 cup water into it and boil for 2 sec.
  17. Add fried balls now and cook for 3 sec, untill balls has fully absorbed.
  18. Make the stove off and serve in a plate .
  19. Now you are ready with bread manchuria infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy snack item bread manchurian.

    How To Make Green Leaves Cutlet



     
    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Cooked rice                              ----- 1 1/2 cup
    Oil                                            ----- 1/2 cup
    Salt                                           ----- as required
    Spinach leaves                           ----- 1/2 cup
    Coriander leaves                        ----- 1/2 cup
    Mint leaves                                ----- 1/2 cup
    Amaranthus leaves                     ----- 1/2 cup
    Green chillies                             ----- 5 to 6
    Curry leaves                              ----- 1/2 cup
    Water                                       ----- as required
    Jeera                                         ----- 2 spoons

    PROCEDURE:   
    1. Take a bowl and pour water in it.
    2. Add all green leafy vegetables into it and wash well.
    3. Cut the leaves and take into plate.
    4. Take a jar and add washed spinach, amaranthus, coriander, curry and mint leaves in it.
    5. Add green chillies also in it and grind into a paste.
    6. You can add water also in it if required.
    7. Add cooked rice, jeera and salt also in it and grind well.
    8. Now take this mixture into a bowl and keep aside.
    9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    10. Add 2 spoons on it and heat it for 2 sec.
    11. Take this into small balls and make into round shape.
    12. Put one by one all on the heated pan.
    13. Roast it well on both sides by turning it and adding oil on it.
    14. After it has evenly roasted on both sides, make the stove off.
    15. Make as many cutlets you want like this and make the stove off.
    16. Now you are ready with green leaves cutlet infront of you.

    How To Make Brinjal Groundnut Fry


     
     
    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Brinjal pieces                              ----- 1 cup
    Ground nuts                               ----- 1/2 cup
    Cashew nuts                              ----- 1/4 cup
    Oil                                             ----- 1 1/2 cup
    Mustard seeds                            ----- 1 spoon
    Jeera                                         ----- 1 spoon
    Black gram                                ----- 2 spoons
    Curry leaves                               ----- 1/4 cup
    Onion pieces                              ----- 1/2 cup
    Green chillie pieces                    ----- 1/4 cup
    Ginger garlic paste                     ----- 1/2 spoon
    Turmeric powder                       ----- 1/2 spoon
    Salt                                            ----- as required
    Red chillie powder                     ----- as required
    Dry coconut powder                  ----- 1 or 2 spoons

    PROCEDURE: 
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add brinjal pieces in it and fry for 3 min untill they are fried well.
    4. Now take fried brinjal pieces into a plate and keep aside.
    5. Add ground nuts in it and fry well.
    6. After frying nuts, remove from oil and add to the fried brinjal bowl.
    7. Add cashew nuts in the oil and fry the nuts.
    8. After frying it, remove from oil and take into a bowl.
    9. Now take another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    10. Add 2 spoons oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    11. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and curry leaves in it and fry well.
    12. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder also in it and fry for 2 sec.
    13. Add onion pieces into it and fry well for 3 min.
    14. Add green chillie pieces also and mix well.
    15. Now add all fried brinjal, cashew nuts and ground nuts.
    16. Mix well and add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
    17. Mix well and make the stove off and add coconut powder now.
    18. Mix it and take into a bowl and serve.
    19. Now you are ready with brinjal ground nut fry infront of you.
    20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy brinjal groundnut fry.

    How To Make Capsicum Groundnut Curry



     
    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Capsicum pieces                        ----- 1 cup
    Oil                                            ----- 1/4 cup
    Mustard seeds                           ----- 1 spoon
    Jeera                                         ----- 1 spoon
    Black gram                                ----- 2 spoons
    Curry leaves                              ----- 1/4 cup
    Coriander leaves                      ----- 1/4 cup
    Ground nut powder                  ----- 2 spoons
    Coconut powder                       ----- 2 spoons
    Salt                                           ----- as required
    Green chillies                            ----- 2 to 3
    Besan flour                               ----- 2 to 3 spoons
    Turmeric powder                      ----- 1/2 spoon
    Water                                       ----- as required


    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add 4 spoons oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and curry leaves in it and fry well.
    4. Add capsicum pieces in it and fry for 2 min by mixing well.
    5. Add turmeric powder and coriander leaves in it and mix once.
    6. Take a jar and add green chillies and salt to taste in it and grind it well.
    7. Now add this paste to the curry and mix well.
    8. Now pour 1/4 cup water in it and cook for 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
    9. After 10 min, open it and add ground nut & coconut powder
    10. Add besan flour also in it and mix the curry well.
    11. Make the stove off and sprinkle coriander leaves on it and keep the lid again on it.
    12. After 2 sec, you are ready to eat the capsicum groundnut curry.
    13. This is good to eat with the combination of rice in very hot.

    How To Make Aloo Sabudana Bonda







    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Boiled aloo                             ----- 1 cup
    Turmeric powder                    ----- 2 spoons
    Salt                                        ----- as required
    Sabudhana                             ----- 1 cup
    Oil                                         ----- 2 cups
    Besan flour                            ----- 1/2 cup
    Rice flour                               ----- 2 spoons
    Green chillie &salt paste         ----- 2 spoons
    Ginger garlic paste                 ----- 1/2 spoon
    Curry leaves                          ----- 2 spoons
    Coriander leaves                    ----- 2 spoons
    Water                                    ----- as required

    PROCEDURE: 
    1. Take a bowl and add boiled aloo in it and smash well.
    2. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chillie paste and salt in it.
    3. Soak sabudhana in water for 4 hours and add to the bowl.
    4. Add besan flour, rice flour , curry leaves in it and mix well.
    5. Add coriander leaves in it and mix well.
    6. Make it as a pakoda dough by adding sufficient water in it and mix well.
    7. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    8. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    9. Make the batter like small balls and dip in the oil.
    10. Fry the balls untill balls comes to golden brown colour.
    11. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
    12. Make as many bondas you want and make the stove off.
    13. Now you are ready with aloo sabudhana bonda infront of you.

    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Brinjal pieces                            ----- 1 cup
    Menthi leaves                           ----- 1/2 cup
    Coriander leaves                      ----- 1/4 cup
    Oil                                           ----- 4 spoons
    Mustard seeds                          ----- 1 spoon
    Jeera                                        ----- 1 spoon
    Black gram                              ----- 2 spoons
    Curry leaves                            ----- 1/4 cup
    Onion pieces                           ----- 2 spoons
    Boiled aloo pieces                   ----- 1/4 cup    
    Salt                                         ----- as required
    Red chillie powder                  ----- as required
    Turmeric powder                    ----- 1/2 spoon
    Water                                     ----- 1/4 cup
    Ginger garlic paste                  ----- 1/2 spoon 


    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and curry leaves in it.
    4. Add methi leaves, coriander leaves and curry leaves in it.
    5. Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder in it and mix well.
    6. Now add brinjal pieces, onion pieces and boiled aloo also in it and mix well.
    7. Pour 1/4 cup water in it and keep a plate on it for 10 min.
    8. After 10 min, open the lid and mix the curry once.
    9. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
    10. After water is fully evaporated, make the stove off.
    11. Add coriander and curry leaves on it and mix the curry well and serve.
    12. Now you are ready with brinjal menthi curry infront of you.

    How To Make Drumstick Sesame Masala Curry



     
    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Drumstick pieces (boiled)                 ----- 2 cups
    Oil                                                   ----- 1/4 cup
    Elachi                                              ----- 1
    Clove                                              ----- 1
    Cinnamon                                        ----- small piece
    Onion pieces                                   ----- 1 1/2 cup
    Tomato pieces                                 ----- 2 cups
    Turmeric powder                             ----- 1/2 spoon
    Ginger garlic paste                           ----- 2 spoons
    Curry leaves                                    ----- 1/4 cup
    Salt                                                 ----- as required
    Red chillie powder                          ----- as required
    Ground nut powder                        ----- 2 spoons
    Sesame seed powder                     ----- 2 spoons
    Garam masala powder                   ----- 1 or 2 spoons
    Coriander powder                         ----- 2 spoons 
    Coriander leaves                           ----- 1/4 cup

    PROCEDURE: 
    1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    2. Add 1/4 cup oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
    3. Add elachi, clove and cinnamon in it and fry for 3 sec.
    4. Add onion pieces in it and fry for 5 min by mixing well.
    5. Now add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder in it.
    6. Mix well and fry for 1 sec and add curry leaves into it.
    7. Add boiled drumstick pieces in the pan and mix once.
    8. Add tomato pieces & add 1/4 cup water also in it and mix well.
    9. Keep a plate on it for 5 min to cook well.
    10. Now add salt and red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
    11. Add ground nut powder, sesame seed powder and coriander powder also into it.
    12. Add garam masala and coriander leaves on it and mix well once.
    13. Keep the plate again and cook for 2 min.
    14. After 2 min, make the stove off and serve the curry into a bowl.
    15. Now you are ready with drumstick sesame masala curry infront of you.

    How To Make Coconut Rice Flakes Pulihara





    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Rice flakes                                  ----- 2 cups
    Coconut milk                              ----- 1 cup
    Lemon juice                               ----- 1/4 cup
    Red chillies                                ----- 4 to 5
    Oil                                            ----- 1/4 cup
    Salt                                           ----- as required
    Green chillie slices                     ----- 7 to8
    Cashew nuts                              ----- 8
    Ground nuts                              ----- 2 spoons
    Mustard seeds                          ----- 1 spoon
    Jeera                                        ----- 1 spoon
    Black gram                               ----- 2 spoons
    Bengal gram                             ----- 2 spoons
    Turmeric powder                      ----- 1/2 spoon
    Curry leaves                             ----- 1/4 cup
    Onion pieces                            ----- 1/2 cup

    PROCEDURE:
    1. Take rice flakes in a bowl and add coconut milk in it.
    2. Soak for 10 to 15 min by keeping it aside.
    3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    4. Add mustard seeds, jeera, black gram and bengal gram into it.
    5. Fry for 2 sec and add curry leaves, green chillies and red chillies in it.
    6. Add ground nuts, cashew nuts and onion pieces in it.
    7. Fry the onions well for 3 min by mixing it.
    8. Add turmeric powder and required salt in it.
    9. Mix well and add the soaked rice flakes in it.
    10. Make the stove off and keep it aside.
    11. Add lemon juice in it and mix well.
    12. Now you are ready with rice flakes pulihara infront of you.
    13. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy tiffin / snack item conut rice flakes pulihara.

    How To Make Moong Dal Burfi





     

    REQUIRED ITEMS:

    Moong dal                       ----- 1 cup
    Water                              ----- as required
    Sugar                               ----- 1 cup
    Elachi powder                  ----- small pinch
    Cashew nuts                     ----- 1/4 cup
    Ghee                                ----- 1/2 cup
    Badam pieces                  ----- 1/4 cup

    PROCEDURE: 
    1. Take washed moong dal
    2. Pour water in it untill dal is fully soaked in it well
    3. Wait for 2 hours to soak it well.
    4. Now make the soaked dal into thick paste.
    5. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    6. Add 2 spoons ghee in it and heat it.
    7. Add cashew nuts and badam pieces in it and fry.
    8. Fry the nuts untill nuts comes to golden colour.
    9. After colour has changed, remove from pan and take into a cup.
    10. Make the stove on and put another pan and heat it for 2 sec.
    11. Add sugar and 3/4 cup water into it.
    12. Boil for 15 min by mixing well till thin syrup is formed.
    13. After make the stove off and add elachi powder into it.
    14. Now add remaining ghee into the pan and heat it well.
    15. Now add moong dal paste into it and fry for 3 min by mixing well.
    16. After 3 min, add sugar syrup into it care fully and mix throughly.
    17. Mix well  continously for 10 min.
    18. After 10 min, you can see the sweet comes to very closer and thick consistency.
    19. Make the stove off and add nuts into it and mix.
    20. Grease a plate with ghee and spread the sweet on it.
    21. Cut it with a knife in any shape you want.
    22. Now you are ready with moong dal burfi infront of you.
    23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item moong dal burfi.
