How To Make Sabudana Daddojanam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sabudana                     ----- 1 1/2 cup
Fresh curd                   ----- 3 cups
Salt                              ----- as required
Oil                                ----- as required
Curry leaves                ----- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves         ----- 1 spoon
Bengal gram                ----- 1 spoon
Black gram                  ----- 1/2 spoon
Mustard seeds             ----- 1/4 spoon
Jeera                            ----- 1/4 spoon
Pepper seeds               ----- 4 to 5
Green chillie pieces     ----- 2 to 3 spoons
Turmeric powder        ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE:      
  1. First put a pan on the stove & make the stove on.
  2. Heat the pan for 3 sec, add sabudana into it.
  3. Roast well untill it comes to light gold colour by mixing it care fully.
  4. After roasing it, make the stove off.
  5. Take sabudana into a bowl & keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  6. Add fresh curd into it and mix well.
  7. Now add turmeric powder & salt in it as per taste.
  8. Make the stove on and heat for 2 sec.
  9. Pour 3 to 4 spoons oil now & wait for 2 sec.
  10. Add bengal gram, black gram, mustard seeds & jeera into it.
  11. Add green chillie pieces &pepper seeds into it.
  12. Also add coriander & curry leaves now and fry well.
  13. Make the stove off & mix to the curd.
  14. Now you are ready with sabudana daddojanam infront of you.
  15. Eat this in summer season, it keeps you cool.
