How To Make Baby Corn Aloo Kababs


Baby corns                 ----- 2 to 3
Boiled aloo                 ----- 2
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder     ----- as required
Oil                              ----- as required
Garam masala           ----- small pinch
Ginger garlic paste    ----- 1/2 spoon
Turmeric powder       ----- small pinch
Plain flour                  ----- 2 spoons 

  1. Make the stove on and put a pan on it.
  2. Pour 1 cup of water in it & close with lid/ plate.
  3. Now wash baby corns, cut into long & thick slices.
  4. Dip in the boiling water & cook for 10 to 12 min by keeping lid again.
  5. After 12 min open the plate, remove boiled corns from water.
  6. Keep the boiled corns into a plate.
  7. Take boiled potatoes, peel the skin & smash it well.
  8. Now take mashed aloo into a bowl.
  9. Add plain flour, garam masala, ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder in it.
  10. Add salt & red chillie powder in it as per your taste.
  11. Mix all items well and keep it aside.
  12. Now take one boiled corn slice and close with aloo paste.
  13. Make remaining corn slices like this & keep in a plate.
  14. Make the stove on and place a pan on it.
  15. Add 3 spoons of oil in it after pan has heated.
  16. Now place one by one all slices on the pan.
  17. Sprinkle oil on the corns & turn to all sides.
  18. Roast the corns untill the colour changes to golden brown colour.
  19. Remove fried corns from pan & take into a plate.
  20. Make as many kababs you want & make the stove off.
  21. Now you are ready with baby corn aloo kababs.
  22. Eat & enjoy the very tasty, delicious & yummy snack item baby corn aloo kababs.
