How To Make Bread Gulab Jamuns

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bread slices               ----- 10 to 12
Sugar                         ----- 1 cup
Milk                           ----- as required
Oil                              ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take bread slices and remove edges from it.
  2. Make all slices like this and take into a plate.
  3. Cut into small pieces and mash well.
  4. Add small quantity of milk in it.
  5. Mix well to make this in a smooth batter consistency.
  6. Keep it aside.
  7. Make the stove on and put a pan on it.
  8. Now add sugar, 1/2 cup water into it.
  9. Mix it for 10 min untill sugar is fully melted.
  10. Boil syrup for another 15 min, by mixing it occasionally.
  11. Now you are ready with sugar syrup & keep it aside to cool.
  12. Put another pan on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Pour oil into it and heat it.
  14. Take the batter and make into small & smooth balls.
  15. Do the balls carefully while making not getting any cracks.
  16. By doing like this, dip one by one all into heated oil.
  17. Fry well untill balls comes to golden brown colour.
  18. Keep in low flame while frying.
  19. Make the stove off and take into a plate.
  20. Dip one by one all fried balls into the sugar syrup.
  21. Soak the jamuns in the syrup for 2 to 3 hrs.
  22. Now you are ready with bread gulab jamuns infront of you.
  23. Eat & enjoy very tasty, delicious & yummy sweet item bread gulab jamuns.
