How To Make Spanish Rice

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Basmati rice                   ----- 1 cup
Oil                                   ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillies                 ----- 5 to 6
Pudina leaves                 ----- 1/2 cup      
Coriander leaves            ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                   ----- 1/4 cup
Ghee                               ----- 2 spoons
Carrot pieces                 ----- 1 cup
Green peas                     ----- 1/2 cup
Cauli flower( chopped)  ----- 1/2 cup
Onion pieces                   ----- 1 cup   
Beans pieces                   ----- 1/2 cup
Water                              ----- as required
Salt                                 ----- as required
Ginger garlic paste        ----- 1 spoon
Moong dal                      ----- 1/2 cup
Raw coconut pieces       ----- 3 to 4
Coriander powder          ----- 4 spoons
Kasuri methi powder      ----- 1 spoon

PROCEDURE:
  1. Make the stove on, place a pan on it & heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Now add 2 to 3 spoons oil into it.
  3. Add green chillies, pudina & coriander leaves in it.
  4. Fry for 2 sec and add 2 spoons coriander powder into it.
  5. Mix it and make the stove off and keep it aside to cool.
  6. Now wash moong dal and cook the dal with water separately.
  7. After dal is prepared well, keep into a bowl to cool.
  8. After dal comes to cool state, take a jar.
  9. For making this rice you need to make cooked moong dal first.
  10. Add fried items( chillies, pudina, coriander) & also cooked dal.
  11. Add coconut pieces also in it to make into a thick paste.
  12. Now make the stove on and put another pan on it.
  13. Add 4 spoons oil, ghee & cashew nuts into it.
  14. Add onion pieces, ginger garlic paste, carrot, beans & green peas into it.
  15. Add cauli flower pieces, chillie paste, kasuri methi & coriander powders.
  16. Mix well,  pour 2 cups water into it & keep a lid on it.
  17. Now wash basmati rice with water & drain it.
  18. After water has boiled, add washed rice and salt in it as per taste.
  19. Mix it once and close the lid again for cooking it well.
  20. After wait for 10 to 15 min, open the lid and mix it well.
  21. After rice has boiled well, make the stove off.
  22. Now you are ready with spanish rice infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy very tasty, delicious, yummy & heathy rice item spanish rice.
