How To Make Palak Panner Curry


Fresh palak leaves               ----- 2 cups
Onion pieces                        ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                                        ----- 3 to 4 spoons
Salt                                      ----- as required
Green chillies                      ----- 4 to 5
Jeera                                    ----- 1 spoon
Turmeric powder                ----- small pinch
Garam masala                    ----- 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder              ----- 1/4 spoon
Fresh cream                        ----- 2 spoons
Panner pieces                      ----- 1/2 cup
Red chillie powder              ----- 1/2 spoon

  1. Make the stove on and place a pan on it.
  2. Pour 1 cup water & washed palak leaves into it.
  3. Boil for 10 to 15 min.
  4. After 15 min, make the stove off.
  5. Now drain the boiled water from the leaves.
  6. Now wash with cool water & put boiled leaves aside to cool it.
  7. After wait for 15 min and take into a jar.
  8. Make into thick & fine paste by adding sufficient water into it.
  9. Now place the pan on the stove and make the stove on.
  10. Heat it for 2 sec, add oil into it.
  11. Add jeera, green chillies & onion pieces into it.
  12. Fry the onions, untill it comes to light brown colour.
  13. After add palak paste into it and cook for 5 min by placing a lid on it.
  14. After 5 min, open the lid & add turmeric powder, salt in it as per taste.
  15. Add red chillie powder, garam masala, coriander powder in it.
  16. Mix well once and pour 1/2 cup water in it.
  17. Cook for another 8 to 10 min by placing a plate on it.
  18. After 10 min, open the plate and mix the curry once.
  19. Add panner pieces in it and cook for 3 sec by keeping the plate again.
  20. AFter 3 sec, make the stove off and take into a bowl.
  21. Garnish with fresh cream by adding on it.
  22. Now you are ready with palak panner curry infront of you.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy curry item palak panner.
