How To Make Tomato Egg Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Tomato pieces                  ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                     ----- 1 1/2 cup
Oil                                     ----- 4 to 5 spoons
Bengal gram                    ----- 1 spoon
Black gram                      ----- 1 spoon
Mustard seeds                 ----- 1/2 spoon
Jeera                                ----- 1/2 spoon
Curry leaves                    ----- as required
Eggs                                ----- 4
Turmeric powder            ----- small pinch
Salt                                  ----- as required
Red chillie powder          ----- as required

PROCEDURE:       
  1. Take a vessel and put eggs in it.
  2. Pour water into it untill eggs fully immersed into it.
  3. Make the stove on and place the vessel on the stove.
  4. Boil for 15 to 20 min.
  5. You can add water into it while boiling eggs.(if needed)
  6. After eggs has boiled well, make the stove off.
  7. Drain the excess water and pour cool water into it.
  8. Keep it aside for 10 min.
  9. Now make the stove on, put a pan on it.
  10. Heat it for 2 sec, add oil and heat for 2 sec.
  11. Add bengal gram, black gram, jeera & mustard seeds into it. 
  12. Add onion pieces, curry leaves & turmeric powder in it & fry for 2 sec.
  13. Pour 1/2 cup water into it and cook for 10 min by keeping a plate on it.
  14. After 10 min, open the plate and mix well once.
  15. Add tomato pieces in it and cook for another 5 min.
  16. Now drain water from the boiled eggs & break the outer part of the eggs with a spoon.
  17. Remove the egg shells, wash the boiled eggs with water and take into a plate. 
  18. After 5 min, add salt and red chillie powder in the curry as per taste.
  19. Mix it well and cook for another 10 min by keeping the plate on it.
  20. After 10 min, open the plate & mix it.
  21. If the curry is cooked fully, add boiled eggs into it.
  22. Mix the curry care fully with out breaking the eggs.
  23. Now put the lid and wait for 2 sec.
  24. After 2 sec, make the stove off and take the curry with plain rice.
  25. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious & yummy Tomato Egg Curry.
