How To Make Brinjal Curry

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Onion Pieces           -----  1/2 cup
Brinjal Pieces          -----  1 cup
Ginger pieces          -----  1/4 cup
Salt                          -----  as required
Oil                            -----  3 spoons
Bengal gram            -----  2 spoons
Black gram              -----  2 spoons
Mustard seeds         -----  1/2 spoon
Jeera                        -----  1/2 spoon  
Green chillies           -----  3 to 4
Curry leaves            -----  1/4 cup
Coriander leaves     -----  1/4 cup


PROCEDURE:   

1. First take a pan and heat it for 2 seconds.
2. Now add 3 spoons of oil into it.
3. Add 2 spoons of Bengal gram, black gram, mustard seeds and jeera into it.
4. Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, brinjal pieces, onion pieces into it.
5.Now sprinkle1/4 cup water in it. 
6. Take green chillies, salt, ginger pieces and grind them into fine paste and keep aside.
7. Now add 2 spoons of green chillie paste into it.
8. Keep a plate/ lid on it to cook for 10 minutes.
8. After 10 minutes, open the lid & mix once.
9. Keep the lid again to cook for another 10 minutes.
10. After 10 minutes, the brinjal curry is ready to serve.
