How To Make Paneer Tomato Curry


Paneer pieces           ----- 1 cup
Tomato pieces            ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces               ----- 1/2 cup
Oil                               ----- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder       ----- small pinch
Salt                             ----- as required
Red chillie powder      ----- as required
Jeera                           ------ 1/2 spoon
Ginger paste               ----- 1/2 spoon
Green chillie pieces     ----- 1 spoon
Kasuri methi               ------ 1 spoon
Garam masala powder  -----1 spoon
Coriander powder       ----- 1 spoon
Fresh cream                 ----- 2 spoons

  1.   Take fresh paneer and cut into pieces.(no need, if already they are chopped)
  2.  Make the stove on and place a pan on it.
  3.   Now heat it for 3 sec and add oil into it.
  4.  After add ginger paste, jeera, green chillie pieces and turmeric powder in it.
  5.  Add onion pieces in it and fry for 3 min.
  6. Now close the pan with lid.
  7. After 2 sec, add tomato pieces and fry well.
  8. Now add 1/2 cup water into it.
  9. Add salt and red chillie powder in it as per taste.
  10.  Mix well and close the lid to cook for 5 min.
  11.  After 5 min, open the lid and add coriander powder in it.
  12. Add garam masala powder and kasuri methi into it.
  13. Now add chopped panner into it.
  14. Mix once thoroughly and place the lid again.
  15. After 3 sec, add fresh cream in it .
  16. Make the stove off and take into a bowl.
  17. Now you are ready with paneer tomato curry.
  18. This curry is a good combination with rotis, chapati, pulka and naan.
