How To Make Rice Flakes Maramarala Laddu


Rice flakes                ----- 1 cup
Maramaralu             ----- 1 cup
Jaggery                     ----- 1 to 1/2 cup
Ghee                         ----- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts             ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                      ----- 1/4 cup

  1. Take a pan and place on the stove.
  2. Make the stove on and heat it for 2 sec in low flame.
  3. Now add 2 to 3 spoons of ghee into it.
  4. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it and roast nuts into light gold colour.
  5. Take fried nuts and raisins into a cup and keep aside.
  6. Now add 2 spoons of ghee and rice flakes into the pan.
  7. Add maramaralu also in the pan and roast it for 5 min by mixing well.
  8. After roasting it, make the stove off.
  9. Now take roasted rice flakes and maramaralu into a bowl and keep aside.
  10. Make it to cool for 20 min and prepare into a fine mixture using mixer grinder.
  11.  Cut jaggery into pieces and add to the mixer to make into laddu consistency.
  12. Take this laddu consistency into a bowl and add fried nuts, raisins.
  13. Add remaining ghee also into it and mix well.
  14. Now make into round shape like laddu by wetting hands occasionally.
  15. Now you are ready with rice flakes maramarala laddu.
  16. Eat the very tasty, yummy and healthy rice flakes maramarala laddu.
