How To Make Sweet Potato Payasam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet potato                          ----- 2 to 3
Sugar                                     ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                                       ----- 2 to 3 cups
Elachi powder                       ----- small pinch
Cashew nuts                          ----- 2 spoons
Ghee                                      ----- 2 spoons
Raisins                                   ----- as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup water & add washed potatoes into it.
  3. Place a plate/ lid on it & cook for 3 to 4 min.
  4. Open the plate and turn on all sides carefully untill it is fully boiled.
  5. After boiling sweet potatoes, make the stove off.
  6. Take into a plate & keep aside to cool it.
  7. After peel the skin and smash well with hand/ adding in mixy jar also.
  8. Take another pan and place on the stove.
  9. Make the stove on, pour milk into it.
  10. After milk has boiled well, add the smashed sweet potato.
  11. Add sugar into it and mix well untill it si fully melted.
  12. After sugar is melted, add elachi powder in it.
  13. Add raisins, cahew nuts & ghee also in it.
  14. Make the stove off and mix well fully.
  15. Take into a bowl and keep aside for 1 1/2 hour.
  16. Now put the sweet in fridge for 1 to 2 hours.
  17. Eat and enjoy very tasty, delicious, healthy sweet item sweet potato payasam.

How To Make Coconut Payasam



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Coconut milk                ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                             ----- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                 ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                          ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                            ----- 2 spoons
Sugar                           ----- 1 cup
Cashew powder           ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. After add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add cashew nuts and raisins in it.
  4. Fry nuts and raisins till nuts and raisins comes to golden colour.
  5. After take the fried nuts and raisins into a cup and keep aside.
  6. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  7. Pour milk in it. 
  8. Boil milk for 5 min.
  9. After 5 min, add coconut milk in it.
  10. Boil milk for 5 min.
  11. Add sugar in it.
  12. Mix well till sugar is totally melted in it.
  13. Cook it for 5 min.
  14. Add fried nuts and raisins in it.
  15. Mix once and make the stove off.
  16. Take sweet into a bowl and serve it.
  17. Now you are ready with coconut payasam infront on you.
  18. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet coconut payasam.

How To Make Rice Flakes Payasam















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flakes                ----- 1 cup
Coconut powder       ----- 1 cup
Milk                          ----- 2 cups
Sugar                        ----- 1 cup
Ghee                         ----- 4 spoons
Cashew nuts              ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Wash the rice flakes.
  2. Soak flakes in it for 5 min.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
  5. Heat ghee for 2 sec.
  6. Add cashew nuts in it.
  7. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  8. After take fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
  9. Add milk in it.
  10. Boil milk for 5 min.
  11. After 5 min, add soaked rice flakes in it.
  12. Cook for upto 5 min.
  13. Add coconut powder in it.
  14. Mix once and cook it for 10 min.
  15. After 10 min, add sugar in it.
  16. Mix well till sugar is totally melted.
  17. After sugar is melted, add remaining ghee in it.
  18. Mix once and make the stove off.
  19. Take payasam into a bowl and serve in it.
  20. Garnish with fried cashew nuts on it.
  21. Now you are ready with payasam infront on you.
  22. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet rice flakes payasam.

How To Make Carrot Payasam










REQUIRED ITEMS:

Carrots                     ------ 2
Cashew nuts             ------ 1/2 cup
Ghee                        ------ 1 cup
Milk                         ------ 1 cup
Sugar                       ------ 3/4 cup
Sweet kova              ------ 1 cup


 PROCEDURE:

  1. Take carrots and peel the skin and grate it using a grater.
  2. Take a pan and heat it.
  3. Keep in a low flame.
  4. Take 4 spoons of ghee and heat it.
  5. Fry cashew nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  6. Add grated carrots also and fry till it comes to light brown.
  7. Add milk and boil.
  8. After milk is boiled, add sugar and stir it.
  9. Add kova also.
  10. Boil sweet for 10 min.
  11. After 10 min, it comes to thickest form.
  12. Take the sweet in a bowl.
  13. Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
  14. Eat and enjoy the delicious sweet carrot payasam.

How To Make Sweet Corn Payasam

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet corn                         ------ 1 cup
Dried coconut powder         ------ 1 cup
Milk                                    ------ 1 cup
Ghee                                   ------ 4 spoons
Custard powder                  ------ 4 spoons
Badam nuts                         ------ 1 spoon
Dry fruits                             ------ 1 cup
Sugar                                 ------- 1 cup
Cashew nuts                      ------- 1 cup

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Keep in a low flame.
  3. Take 4 spoons of ghee and heat it.
  4. Fry badam nuts,dry fruits,cashew nuts for 5 min.
  5. Keep aside.
  6. Take a container and add sweet corn.
  7. Boil sweet corn for 3 min.
  8. Boil milk.
  9. Take 4 spoons of custard powder and water in a cup and mix it.
  10. Add this custard to the boiling milk.
  11. Boil the milk for 2 min.
  12. Stir it till milk comes to thickest form.
  13. Drain excess water from the boiled sweet corn.
  14. Add milk to the boiled sweet corn.
  15. Add 1 cup of sugar to the boiled milk.
  16. Mix well.
  17. After sugar is melted completely, add fried dry fruits, badam nuts, cashew nuts.
  18. Fry dried coconut powder in ghee.
  19. Add fried coconut powder to boiled milk.
  20. Then add 2 spoons of ghee to milk.
  21. Now you are ready with delicious sweet corn payasam.

How To Make Bambino Vermicelli Payasam
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bambino vermicelli              -------- 1 cup
Sugar                                  -------- 1 cup
Water                                 -------- 1/2 cup
Ghee                                   -------- 1/2 cup
Dry fruits                             -------- 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts                        -------- 1/2 cup
 Milk                                   -------- 1 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Keep it in a low flame.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of ghee and heat it.
  4. After ghee is heated, add cashew nuts and dry fruits.
  5. Fry cashew nuts untill they comes to golden colour.
  6. Keep aside.
  7. Add 1/4 cup of ghee and heat it.
  8. Add bambino vermicelli and fry till it comes to golden colour.
  9. Take fried bambino vermicelli in a cup.
  10. In that pan, add 1 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water.
  11. Boil milk.
  12. It takes upto 5 min.
  13. After boiling the milk, add fried vermicelli.
  14. Cook the vermicelli for 10 min.
  15. Add 1 cup of sugar.
  16. Mix well.
  17. After sugar is melted, add fried cashew nuts and dry fruits.
  18. Take the sweet in a bowl.
  19. Garnish with dry fruits.
  20. Now eat and enjoy the delicious bambino vermicelli payasam.
