How To Make Rice Flakes Kesari

REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flakes                     ----- 1 cup
Sugar                             ----- 1 cup
Ghee                               ----- 1/2 cup
Milk                                ----- 2 to 3 cups
Kaju &badam pieces      ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                           ----- 1 spoon
Food colour / saffron     ----- small pinch

PROCEDURE: 
  1. First wash riceflakes with water & drain water from it.
  2. After squeeze rice flakes & keep in a plate to dry well.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add 2 spoons ghee into it and heat for 2 sec.
  5. Add kaju, raisins & badam pieces  in it and fry well.
  6. After frying dry fruits, keep in a bowl.
  7. Now add 2 spoons ghee in it and fry rice flakes.
  8. Roast it untill flakes comes to light gold colour.
  9. After take into a plate & keep it aside.
  10. Pour milk into the pan and boil for 5 to 10 min.
  11. After milk has boiled, add sugar into it.
  12. Mix well untill sugar is fully melted.
  13. Now add fried rice flakes & dry fruits in it & mix once.
  14. Add food colour / saffron in it.(you can add as you like it)
  15. If you are adding saffron in it, mix with 2 spoons of milk into it.
  16. Now mix it occasionally by adding remaining ghee in it.
  17. After sweet comes to closer consistency, make the stove off.
  18. Now you are ready with rice flakes kesari infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy very tasty, delicious, healthy & yummy sweet item rice flakes kesari.

How To Make Rice Flakes Laddu
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flakes                     ----- 1 cup
Sugar                             ----- 1 cup
Coconut pieces               ----- 1 cup
Kaju                               ----- 1/2 cup
Raisins                            ----- 1/2 cup
Ghee                              ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a jar and add rice flakes in it.
  2. Grind it to make it as a powder.
  3. Now add coconut pieces and sugar also in it.
  4. Grind it again to make all as a fine powder.
  5. Take a bowl and add this powder in it.
  6. Take a pan and make the stove on.
  7. Put pan on the stove and heat it for 2 sec.
  8. Add ghee in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Add kaju and raisins in it and fry well.
  10. Fry it untill kaju and raisins comes to light golden colour.
  11. After make the stove off and add this fried nuts and raisins in it.
  12. Add the melted ghee also in it and mix well.
  13. Make this mixture into small balls like laddu's.
  14. You can wet your hands while making laddu also.
  15. Now you are ready with rice flakes laddu infront of you.
  16. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious and yummy sweet item rice flakes laddu.

How To Make Rice Flakes Vada
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Gram flour                        ----- 1 cup
Rie flour                           ----- 1 cup
Rice flakes                       ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                    ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces           ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Ginger pieces                   ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                  ----- as required
Water                              ----- as required
Oil                                   ----- as required
Curry leaves                     ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Coriander leaves              ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                                ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add rice flakes in it.
  2. Add water in it and soak for 10 to 15 min.
  3. After 15 min, drain water from the rice flakes.
  4. After removing water from it, add rice flour in it.
  5. Now add gram flour also in it and mix well.
  6. Now add onion pieces, green chillie pieces and curry leaves in it.
  7. Add jeera, coriander leaves and ginger pieces in it.
  8. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 to 3 sec.
  10. Now add salt in the bowl  as per your taste.
  11. Mix well all the items in the bowl.
  12. Add sufficient water in the bowl to make it as a vada dough.
  13. The mixture should be in very thick consistency.
  14. Now make the mixture into small balls and press in the middle.
  15. Now make the balls into round shape and dip in the heated oil.
  16. Fry it untill vada comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After colour changes, remove vada from oil and take into a plate.
  18. After making all the mixture into vada, make the stove off.
  19. Now you are ready with rice flakes vada infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and spicy snack item rice flakes vada.

How To Make Rice Flakes Payasam















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Rice flakes                ----- 1 cup
Coconut powder       ----- 1 cup
Milk                          ----- 2 cups
Sugar                        ----- 1 cup
Ghee                         ----- 4 spoons
Cashew nuts              ----- 1/2 cup

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Wash the rice flakes.
  2. Soak flakes in it for 5 min.
  3. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  4. Add 2 spoons of ghee in it.
  5. Heat ghee for 2 sec.
  6. Add cashew nuts in it.
  7. Fry nuts till nuts comes to golden colour.
  8. After take fried nuts into a cup and keep aside.
  9. Add milk in it.
  10. Boil milk for 5 min.
  11. After 5 min, add soaked rice flakes in it.
  12. Cook for upto 5 min.
  13. Add coconut powder in it.
  14. Mix once and cook it for 10 min.
  15. After 10 min, add sugar in it.
  16. Mix well till sugar is totally melted.
  17. After sugar is melted, add remaining ghee in it.
  18. Mix once and make the stove off.
  19. Take payasam into a bowl and serve in it.
  20. Garnish with fried cashew nuts on it.
  21. Now you are ready with payasam infront on you.
  22. Eat and enjoy the very tasty and delicious sweet rice flakes payasam.
