How To Make Bengal Gram Spinach Vada



REQUIRED ITEMS:

Bengal gram                        ----- 2 cups
Spinach leaves pieces          ----- 1 cup
Oil                                      ----- 2 cups
Salt                                     ----- as required
Water                                 ----- as required
Gram flour                          ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces              ----- 1/2 cup
Curry leaves                        ----- 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves                  ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                   ----- 1 spoon
Ginger paste                        ----- 1/2 spoon
Onion pieces                       ----- 1/4 cup

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add 2 cups of bengal gram in it.
  2. Pour water in it untill dal is fully soaked in it.
  3. Soak for 2 hours and drain the water from it.
  4. Now take a jar and add the 1 cup of soaked dal in it.
  5. Make it as a thick paste and take into a bowl.
  6. Now add spinach pieces , curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.
  7. Add ginger paste, onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
  8. Add gram flour, jeera and soaked dal in it.
  9. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  10. Add sufficient water in it to mix well like a thick batter.
  11. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  12. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  13. Make the batter into small quantity and make like vada.
  14. Dip in the oil.
  15. Dip one by one all in the haeted oil.
  16. Fry it untill vada comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After colour has changed, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  18. Make the dtove off.
  19. Now you are ready with bengal gram spinach vada infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack item bengal gram spinach vada.

How To Make Soya Beans Vada
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Soya beans                               ----- 3 cups
Black gram                               ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                            ----- 1 cup
Salt                                          ----- as required
Green chillie and ginger paste    ----- 2 spoons
Curry leaves                             ----- 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves                       ----- 1/4 cup
Jeera                                        ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Oil                                            ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add soya beans in it.
  2. Pour water in it and soak in water for full night.
  3. Take black gram in another bowl and pour water in it also.
  4. Soak for 2 to 4 hours.
  5. After 4 hours, drain water from black gram and wash with water 2 or 3 times.
  6. After soaking soya in water, drain water from it and wash well for 2 to 3 times.
  7. After washing well, mix both and gring into a smooth dough.
  8. After making into dough, add jeera in it.
  9. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  10. Pour oil in it and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Now add onion pieces, green chillie paste, curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.
  12. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  13. Now mix well and make it as a vada by making on a wet cloth/ paper also.
  14. Dip one by one all in the heated oil.
  15. Fry vada untill vada comes to light brown colour.
  16. After colour changes, remove vada from oil and take into a plate.
  17. After making all dough into vada, make the stove off.
  18. Now you are ready with soya beans vada infront of you.
  19. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, crispy and yummy snack/ tiffin item soya beans vada.

How To Make Rice Flakes Vada
















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Gram flour                        ----- 1 cup
Rie flour                           ----- 1 cup
Rice flakes                       ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                    ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces           ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Ginger pieces                   ----- 1 spoon
Salt                                  ----- as required
Water                              ----- as required
Oil                                   ----- as required
Curry leaves                     ----- 1 or 2 spoons
Coriander leaves              ----- 2 spoons
Jeera                                ----- 1/2 spoon

PROCEDURE: 
  1. Take a bowl and add rice flakes in it.
  2. Add water in it and soak for 10 to 15 min.
  3. After 15 min, drain water from the rice flakes.
  4. After removing water from it, add rice flour in it.
  5. Now add gram flour also in it and mix well.
  6. Now add onion pieces, green chillie pieces and curry leaves in it.
  7. Add jeera, coriander leaves and ginger pieces in it.
  8. Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  9. Pour 2 cups of oil in it and heat it for 2 to 3 sec.
  10. Now add salt in the bowl  as per your taste.
  11. Mix well all the items in the bowl.
  12. Add sufficient water in the bowl to make it as a vada dough.
  13. The mixture should be in very thick consistency.
  14. Now make the mixture into small balls and press in the middle.
  15. Now make the balls into round shape and dip in the heated oil.
  16. Fry it untill vada comes to golden brown colour.
  17. After colour changes, remove vada from oil and take into a plate.
  18. After making all the mixture into vada, make the stove off.
  19. Now you are ready with rice flakes vada infront of you.
  20. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, yummy and spicy snack item rice flakes vada.

How To Make Beet Root Vada


















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Grated beet root                ----- 1 cup
Onion pieces                     ----- 1/2 cup
Green chillie pieces            ----- 2 spoons
Rice flour                          ----- 3/4 cup
Curry leaves                      ----- 1/4 cup
Salt                                   ----- as required
Corn flour                         ----- 2 spoons
Water                               ----- as required
Oil                                    ----- 2 cups

PROCEDURE: 
  1. First make the stove on and take the pan.
  2. Place the pan and pour oil in it.
  3. Now take a bowl and add grated beet root in it.
  4. Add onion pieces, green chillie pieces and curry leaves in it.
  5. Add rice flour and corn flour also in it.
  6. Add salt in it as per your taste.
  7. Mix well to make it as a thick consistency.
  8. Add water in it if required.
  9. Now make the mixture into small rounds and dip in the oil.
  10. Dip one by one all vada in the oil and fry till colour changes.
  11. Fry it till vada comes to golden brown colour.
  12. After colour changes, remove fried vada from the oil and place in a plate.
  13. Make the stove off.
  14. Now you are ready with beet root vada infront of you.
  15. Eat and enjoy the very tasty, delicious, spicy and yummy snack item beet root vada.

How To Make Sweet Corn Vada

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Sweet corn                  -----  1 cup
Bengal gram                -----  1 cup
Green chillie pieces     -----  1/2 cup
Coriander leaves         -----  1/2 cup
Curry leaves               -----  1/2 cup
Salt                            -----  as required
Red chillie powder     -----  as required
Oil                             -----  as required

PROCEDURE:

  1. Take bengal gram in a cup and add water in it.
  2. Soak dal to 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, take soaked dal and sweet corn in a jar.
  4. Make into a thick paste.
  5. Take this into a bowl.
  6. Add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
  7. Add coriander and curry leaves in it.
  8. Mix well into  thick paste.
  9. Make the dough into small balls and keep in a plate.
  10. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  11. Add oil in it.
  12. Heat oil for 2 sec.
  13. After take the balls and make into smal rounds using hand.
  14. Then, dip the rounds one by one in the heated oil.
  15. Fry it till dough comes to golden colour.
  16. After vada comes to gold colour, remove the fried vadas from oil.
  17. Make the stove off.
  18. Serve fried vada in a plate.
  19. Now you are ready with sweet corn vada.
  20. Eat and enjoy the tasty and spicy snack item sweet corn vada.

How To Make Sabudana Vada



















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Potatoes                     ------- 2
Green chillies              ------- 1 or 2
Sago                          ------- 1 cup
Salt                           ------- as required
Red chillie powder    ------- as required
Oil                           ------- as required
Water                      ------ as required for boiling

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  2. Add water in it.
  3. Also add potatoes and boil for 15 min.
  4. After 15 min, take the potatoes away from water.
  5. Cool it  for 5 min.
  6. Then take the potatoes and peel off the skin on it.
  7. Smash the potatoes with hand.
  8. Take the smashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  9. Take sago in a bowl and add water in it.
  10. Soak sago in water for 2 hours.
  11. After sago is soaked in water, take sago in the mixing bowl.
  12. Add salt and red chillie powder of 2 spoons each or as you want for your taste.
  13. Cut green chillie into pieces and add to the bowl.
  14. Mix well and make the mixture in small balls.
  15. Then keep a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  16. Take oil for deep fry, means pour 2 cups of oil in the pan.
  17. Heat oil for 5 min.
  18. Make the balls into small rounds using hand only.
  19. Take the rounds and dip in the heated oil.
  20. Fry the puri till it comes to golden colour.
  21. After it comes to golden colour, keep away from oil.
  22. Make the stove off.
  23. Take the puri into a plate and serve.
  24. Eat and enjoy the very crispy and tasty sabudana vada.

How To Make Palak Paneer Vada

















REQUIRED ITEMS:

Spinach pieces                         -------------1 cup
Paneer pieces                          -------------1 cup
Corn flour                                ------------ 1 cup
Bread slices                             ------------ 1 cup
Rice flour                                 ----------- 1 cup
Onion pieces                          ------------ 1 cup
Salt                                         ------------ as required
Red chillie powder                ------------ as required
Oil                                         ------------ as required
Water                                    ------------ as required

PROCEDURE:
  1. Take a bowl and add rice flour and corn flour.
  2. Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec.
  3. Add 2 spoons of oil on the pan and heat it.
  4. Add washed spinach pieces on the pan.
  5. Fry spinach pieces for 5 min.
  6. After frying spinach, keep aside for cooling.
  7. After cooling it, take into a mixy jar.
  8. Add bread slices, paneer pieces, onion pieces also.
  9. Make it as a paste.
  10. Then add this to the bowl.
  11. Add salt and red chillie powder to the bowl.
  12. Mix well to make into a rough dough.
  13. If necessary, add water also.
  14. Then make into small balls.
  15. Make into small rounds using hand.
  16. Keep oil for deep fry.
  17. After oil is heated, dip the rounds also.
  18. Fry the small rounds till it comes to golden colour.
  19. After coming to golden colour, remove from oil and take into a plate.
  20. Make the stove off.
  21. Serve in another plate.
  22. These are very tasty.
  23. Eat and enjoy the very tasty palak paneer vada.
